Find stillness through your breath in this meditation. You are as still as a beautifully old Oak Tree, whistling in the wind. Through all the storms, the Oak Tree remains still and grounded. This is you. You are still. You are grounded. Find your peace here.

Breathe.
Just simply breathe.
Get a sense of your surroundings.
Feel the stillness of the room.
Feel the breath within your lungs and the heartbeat within your chest.
And just breathe.
You are going to allow your body to become absolutely still.
Your focus will be on your stillness.
Each breath that you take in and out will be a release of movement.
Your body is still and your mind is still.
You are as still as a giant oak tree,
Seated right upon a beautifully still lake.
There are no ripples in the water.
There is no wind ruffling the leaves.
There is just stillness.
You are the oak tree.
Calm and beautiful,
Peaceful and still.
Your experience here is filled with complete awareness and complete presence.
You feel yourself supported by the earth.
Your awareness is here.
You are still and you are present.
Through every experience,
Through every event,
You remain still.
Calmness resides within your body.
And calmness resides within your mind.
You are capable of so much more when you are still.
You can breathe freely.
You can feel freely.
