Thank you for joining me for this love and acceptance meditation.
My name is Gabriela,
And I invite you to come to your center by starting off with a big deep breath.
Inhaling in,
Exhaling out.
Slowing down the body and the mind to be fully present,
Fully here.
Maybe bring your hands up to your heart,
Giving extra energy and love to the version you are showing up as today.
It can become a vicious cycle,
A lifelong uphill battle,
Trying to be the next best version of you.
But I'm here to remind you that you are right where you're meant to be.
You are who you are meant to be.
This version of you is so beautiful,
So loving,
So kind.
Notice how this feels to hear,
And to accept,
And to internalize.
You don't always need to be more,
Because you are already enough.
So with your hands on your heart,
Feel the gratitude fill up for this version of you.
The self that still needs to heal.
The self that still makes mistakes.
The self that has grown.
The self that has been through some things.
Love yourself right here and right now.
Consciously turn unconditional love inward.
Feel it fill up your heart center.
And remember that you don't have to wait to be healed in order to love yourself.
You will be waiting forever,
Waiting to love the person that you can just love now.
That you deserve to love now.
When we're climbing the never-ending ladder,
That day will never come.
You know,
The day where we feel worthy enough of loving ourselves.
Because you will never feel good enough if you keep waiting.
You are enough as you are right now.
Tomorrow,
You will be enough.
Yesterday,
You were enough.
You are a whole human being exploring this worldly experience.
You don't need to wait to be loved.
You already are love.
So with your hands on your heart,
Take a deep breath.
Internalizing these words.
Accepting them as such.
Accepting them as truth.
Let your exhale be one of relief.
Of acknowledgement that you are love.
So repeat with me in your head or out loud.
I love myself in the version I am today.
I am enough.
I am love.
Take a few moments to sit with this feeling.
And now I invite you to gently smile.
Slowly begin to flicker your eyes open.
Give yourself an intentional hug.
Wrap yourself up in your own arms.
You are so deserving.
You are so worthy.
