This meditation allows you to have a conversation with your past, present and future selves. You have the opportunity to show forgiveness and compassion as well as feel your highest self. We come back to thank, acknowledge and appreciate the present self.

Thank you for choosing this meditation and thank you for choosing yourself.

This practice is going to be focused on reconnecting and forgiving all versions of yourself.

We have our past selves,

Our present selves,

And our future selves,

All that require love,

Compassion,

And honor.

So I invite you to close your eyes,

Make yourself comfortable,

However that may be.

Let's take a moment to settle into the breath.

Get a feel for your energy right now,

Noticing where your breath flows.

You can place one hand over your heart and the other on your belly,

Just to gain that sense of connection.

On your next inhale,

I invite you to imagine any past version of yourself.

This can be your inner child,

Your adaptive child.

This can be you just yesterday.

You don't have to overthink it.

You can let it simply flow.

Whatever first came up.

Take a moment to create space for that version of you.

Take one deep breath.

You can hold hands past you,

Look them in their eyes.

You can say,

I forgive you.

Thank you for making me who I am today.

Thank you for being a part of this journey.

I am sorry for any pain that I've caused.

Continue to breathe into this collective space.

Imagine how you feel right now in this moment.

You can send them off.

Thank you one last time.

Regaining a sense of self,

Finding your breath in the here and now.

Now,

Let's imagine your future self,

Your highest,

Best version of you.

What does this person look like?

What does their energy feel like?

How do they act and react?

How are they showing up right now?

Sit with that version of you.

You can hold hands with your highest self.

Look them in their eyes.

Say,

Thank you.

I am excited to be you,

To meet you.

Notice how this feels through your present body.

You already are that future version of you as it lives within you.

You can gently give that version of you a hug.

Send them off with a big thank you,

And then come back to yourself.

Gently breathing with the present you.

Notice your breath.

You can say thank you for being present here in this moment.

Thank you for showing up.

Thank you for choosing me.

You truly are all versions of yourself.

You join together here today just for you,

Your growth,

Your healing.

Allow a wave of gratitude for yourself to flow through your body.

You can slowly deepen your breath.

Gently begin to bat the eyes open.

Slowly,

As you regain a sense of the space around you.

Thank you for choosing you.
