Your audio quality is second to none, really appreciate it!! I've seen in the reviews of your yoga nidras that there is often a practice of opposites. I haven't heard them a single time, must have gone in and out of sleep. 😄

I like the departure from the regular Nidra format, I’ve followed this practice a few times now and I find it is effective. This is a good “medium length” for me.
