This meditation will help you to clear your mind of negative thoughts and feelings and connect with a sense of mental peace and calm. It begins with a breathing technique and then a mind clearing process where the listener is encouraged to clear negative thoughts and replace them with loving positive thoughts and feelings. You will also be encouraged to let go of all criticism and judgement of yourself and others. During the affirmation section towards the end of the meditation, you will hear a number of positive affirmations in 8-dimensional sound. So when you listen through headphones it will feel at times the affirmations are in front of you, then behind you, above you and below you, as well as panning across both hemispheres.

Welcome to this hypnotherapy recording which will help you to clear your mind of negative thoughts and connect with a feeling of peace.

Please do not listen whilst you are driving.

The best place to listen is lying down somewhere comfortable at a time when you won't be disturbed.

And for full effect I recommend you listen with headphones on as this way you will absorb all the positive suggestions on a deeper level.

So to begin I want you to just focus on your breath and begin by breathing slowly and deeply in through your nose and out through your mouth in a slow circular breathing motion.

So just breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth and relax more and more with every breath.

And as you breathe out,

Just breathe out any tightness or tension in your body.

Just let go with every breath and feel any tension or tightness in your body disappearing.

Continue to breathe slowly and deeply,

Relaxing more and more with every breath.

And feeling every last muscle in your body relaxing and letting go.

And you can feel your body relaxing,

Sinking down into the bed or chair.

Becoming ever more comfortable as there is nothing for you to do now,

Nothing for you to think about.

Just allow your mind to become very still and quiet,

So your mind becomes a blank screen.

And as you let go of all thought,

You feel yourself drifting down,

Deeper relaxed,

Feeling very peaceful and calm and more centred now.

More still in this space deep inside yourself.

Just continue to let go and allow yourself to drift down,

Almost like a feather,

Floating down from the sky in a backward and forward motion.

Floating down easily and effortlessly.

Really enjoying this feeling of stillness and of inner peace.

Where there is no doing,

No thought,

Just being.

Feeling still and centred.

And I want you to know that any time you get a negative thought,

Just breathe slowly and deeply.

And breathe it away with every out breath.

And you release everything associated with it too.

Any underlying thought or feeling or emotion,

You let that go.

And you will remember to do this in your daily life.

So if at any time you get a negative thought,

Or you feel critical or judgemental towards yourself or others,

Remember the breathing technique.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

And with a big exhale,

You breathe away that negative thought and feeling.

And you can take a number of breaths to do this if you choose to.

Just really feel that you are letting it go.

Detaching from that negative thought or emotion.

And as you practice this,

It will become a habit that you flip into any time you get a negative thought.

And you will find it easier to do that the more you practice.

Just breathe deeply now and feel yourself drifting down further still.

So the outside world fades more into the background and your unconscious mind naturally becomes more open and receptive.

Just enjoy this feeling of going ever deeper.

Into your inner world.

To that powerful and resourceful part of you.

That holds the key to everything you want to achieve.

And in this deeply relaxed space,

From a very secure place.

I want you just to focus on any repetitive negative thoughts and feelings you may have had.

If there is something that's been a pattern,

Just bring that into your awareness now.

With all the thoughts and feelings around it.

And as you do this,

I want you to look at what's behind it.

What started this negative thought process?

Where does it come from?

And you can feel very safe and secure as you do this from a safe distance.

And just gather up everything behind it.

All the thoughts and feelings and maybe memories.

And again breathe slowly and deeply.

And with every out breath,

Just let them all go.

Release this energy behind this negative thought process.

Breathe it away.

All the feelings associated with it.

Along with any anxiety it's ever created.

And know that you are letting it go forever now.

So that it will no longer affect you.

In the way that it once did.

And that thought process will no longer have the same strength.

And whatever it was,

You replace it now with a feeling of love.

So just project a feeling of love to that situation.

And the feelings and memories.

Just bathe everything in love.

And know that you've let it go.

And that you will now have positive thoughts in place.

And if ever you get a trigger in your everyday life.

That would normally take you into that negative thought process.

You immediately change it into something positive.

Now just continue to relax.

And clear your mind.

And drift down deeper inside.

Just allow your mind to go blank again.

And drift deeper and deeper.

And deeper and deeper.

Into that very still and centered space.

Where you feel very safe and secure.

And I want you to know.

That you will never dwell on a negative thought,

Criticism or judgment again.

And if ever one arises.

You will recognize it and acknowledge it.

But then breathe it away.

But then breathe it away.

And you will feel so much more in control now.

In control of your thought processes.

And if ever a challenging situation comes along.

Out of the blue.

Out of the blue.

You will be able to deal with that situation with much more strength now.

And a new self belief.

And when you need to find solutions.

You will make time for yourself.

To go into a state like this one.

By closing your eyes.

And laying or sitting somewhere quiet.

And breathing slowly and deeply.

And clearing away all thoughts.

And then when you are deeply relaxed.

You will affirm that you find solutions to the problem.

And even if the answer doesn't come.

When you are in this state.

You affirm to yourself.

That the solution will come along at the right time.

And you will approach any problems or difficulties that arise in your life.

In this positive way.

By going into a state of deep relaxation.

And drawing upon your inner resources.

And your creativity.

And your talents.

To find positive solutions.

And to release the anxiety and stresses.

That the challenging situation may have created.

And whenever things happen in life.

Which are outside of your control.

You will feel very centered and strong now.

And able to cope in a new way.

Free of fear and anxiety.

But with a new mindset.

That enables you to feel in control.

Even if the world outside is out of control.

You will feel very solid in yourself.

And be able to navigate any challenges.

In a very positive way.

And you will feel so much more resourceful now.

And so much more empowered.

Through using your inner mind.

Your unconscious mind.

To find solutions to problems.

And to overcome challenges.

As life is full of ups and downs.

And hurdles.

At every age.

And it's always about.

How we deal with challenges.

And how we face up to difficulties.

And when you overcome adversity in this way.

It builds your character.

And your inner strength.

And you become stronger.

And able to cope with so much more.

So that life becomes easier.

And much less of a struggle.

And you start to flow more easily.

And roll with the punches.

And take all the challenges that life throws at you.

In your stride.

And when you do this.

Life becomes so much more enjoyable.

And fun.

And uplifting.

Almost like a roller coaster.

Like a roller coaster ride.

And now you're going to hear some special affirmations.

And as you hear these affirmations.

I want you to absorb them deeply into your consciousness.

And really take ownership of them.

So as you hear them.

Imagine every cell in your mind and body.

Resonating positively with these affirmations.

And if you choose to you can repeat them along with me.

But the key is to draw them deep inside you.

And believe they are a reality now.

And you will continue to raise your vibration by looking after yourself,

Being kind to yourself,

And you will also be very mindful of what you watch,

Read and listen to.

As these things influence the way that you feel.

And so you will only watch,

Read and listen to things that influence you positively,

And you will feel drawn to uplifting things of a high vibration,

And as a result you will feel so much more uplifted,

Motivated and inspired to live your life so much more positively,

And with an expanded consciousness and a higher vibration.

And you will feel so much stronger in yourself as time goes on,

And your self-worth and self-esteem will grow as a result,

And you will step into your true power and become that person that you are supposed to be.

And your true spirit and good nature will shine from within you,

And you will attract so many more opportunities into your life as you naturally project this higher vibration,

And that feels so good to you,

So uplifting,

So inspiring,

And just take a moment to reflect on the things that you have been doing,

Take a few slow deep breaths,

And as you do so,

Absorb all of these new thoughts and feelings deep inside you,

So take a few moments to do that,

And really compound everything you felt during this session,

And now you can drift away with the music,

And absorb the subliminal suggestions which are embedded in the music,

And when you come back to full waking consciousness,

You will feel so much more positive and uplifted,

And free of all negative thinking,

And so much more inspired and motivated,

So you drift away now,

And awaken whenever you choose,
