And as you draw more oxygen into your body and up to your brain,
So you relax quickly and yet feel sharp and alert.
And as you breathe out now,
Just breathe away any stress or anxiety.
Or any negative thoughts or emotions.
Just breathe them away with every slow out breath.
So you have a clear slate to start the day.
Just allow yourself to go deeper relaxed.
Feeling ever more comfortable.
And continue to allow yourself to let go completely.
Let go of all thought.
So your mind is clear.
And you can really start to connect with your creativity.
To begin to focus on having a really productive and creative day.
So think about what that means for you now.
It could mean being in a quiet space and reading or writing or creating in some way.
Or it could mean going out and meeting people and getting things done.
Whatever you need to do today,
Just prioritise that now in your mind's eye.
And think about it clearly and what you need to do.
Stay focused on what you need to get done and imagine you are doing it now.
Feeling very productive and feeling very creative with it.
Take a moment to imagine it happening now.
