This 12 minute meditation focuses on setting intentions to have a very positive and productive day. So if you are struggling in any way, or lacking creativity, or procrastinating this is the perfect meditation for you. Listen every morning, ideally soon after you awaken and allow yourself to become immersed in the post hypnotic suggestions and 8D affirmations.

Good morning and welcome to a brand new day.

This meditation focuses on setting intentions to have a very positive and productive day.

Please begin by breathing slowly and deeply.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

Slowly and deeply.

And as you do this,

Just let any cares or worries go.

And allow your mind to relax.

So take slow deep breaths.

And as you breathe in,

Draw the air deeply into your lungs.

And as you draw more oxygen into your body and up to your brain,

So you relax quickly and yet feel sharp and alert.

And as you breathe out now,

Just breathe away any stress or anxiety.

Or any negative thoughts or emotions.

Just breathe them away with every slow out breath.

So you have a clear slate to start the day.

Just allow yourself to go deeper relaxed.

Feeling ever more comfortable.

And continue to allow yourself to let go completely.

Let go of all thought.

So your mind is clear.

And you can really start to connect with your creativity.

To begin to focus on having a really productive and creative day.

So think about what that means for you now.

It could mean being in a quiet space and reading or writing or creating in some way.

Or it could mean going out and meeting people and getting things done.

Whatever you need to do today,

Just prioritise that now in your mind's eye.

And think about it clearly and what you need to do.

Stay focused on what you need to get done and imagine you are doing it now.

Feeling very productive and feeling very creative with it.

Take a moment to imagine it happening now.

In Γ s much peace.

And now you are going to hear some special affirmations.

And you can repeat the phrases silently or out loud,

Whatever feels right to you.

And really engage your feelings as you repeat them.

And allow the affirmations to resonate deeply.

You will face all tasks with an enthusiasm.

And feel very creative all day long.

And even the lesser jobs you have to do will feel more inspiring.

As you will be fully engaged in everything you do.

Just savouring and enjoying each moment.

Each second as it passes.

And all day long you will feel very positive around other people.

And be able to express yourself clearly and confidently when you need to.

Communicating effectively.

And getting to the heart of things quickly and decisively.

And any time during the day that you need to reset,

Just centre yourself for a moment.

And take a few slow deep breaths.

And clear your mind.

And step back into your power.

Into this motivated and productive mindset.

And throughout the day you will feel energised and uplifted.

And self assured and confident.

And you will continue to cultivate positive habits.

And positive thoughts.

And believe in yourself more.

And you will always operate from a place of kindness and compassion towards others.

And when you are ready you can stretch your body,

Open your eyes and be wide awake and ready to go.
