Welcome to this peaceful and healing space.
Today we'll journey deep into the stillness of your inner landscape,
Gently awakening the third eye chakra,
Your inner vision,
Your intuition,
Your inner knowing.
This energy centre is Ajna in Sanskrit,
Located between your eyebrows,
Just in the middle of your forehead.
It's the centre of clarity,
Of inner wisdom and connection to divine.
Make yourself completely comfortable,
Resting your body on your mat or on your bed.
This practice is best done in Shavasana,
Lying down on your back.
However,
Feel free to adjust your position just so you can feel most supported,
Most comfy and cosy.
Feel your whole body supported by the earth.
Softly close your eyes to go inwards,
As you start relaxing your body more and more,
Arriving into the space.
Your arms are relaxed,
Your legs are resting.
You are safe here,
You are held,
Nothing to worry about right now,
Becoming completely present in this moment.
As you allow yourself to soften,
To open,
Take a slow,
Deep breath in and a full,
Long breath out.
Through this whole practice,
Try to stay awake and aware,
Not fall asleep,
Listening to my voice and this inner guidance.

Now we're going to shift your awareness through different body parts,
One by one.
Just follow my voice,
Stay effortlessly aware.
Even if you drift at times,
Come back to here and now.
Feeling your right big toe,
Second toe,
Third,
Fourth,
Fifth,
And the little toe.
The sole of your right foot.
The top of your right foot.
Softening all the micromuscles inside your right foot.
The right ankle.
The shinbone.
The calf.
The right knee.
And the space inside your knee.
The back of your knee.
The back of your right thigh.
The top of your thigh.
Softening through your right hip as well.
And right glute.
Let it be totally soft and relaxed.
Your left big toe.
Second toe.
Third.
Fourth.
And the little one.
The bottom of your foot.
The top of your foot.
All the micromuscles inside your left foot.
The left ankle.
The shinbone.
The calf.
The space inside your left knee.
The back of your knee.
The back of your left thigh.
And the top thigh.
Relaxing through your left hip.
And softening the left glute as well.
Heavy and supportive.
Feel the relaxation entering through your lower back,
Middle back,
And the upper back.
Feel this energy travelling from the bottom to the top of your spine.
As you breathe in,
It's travelling all the way up.
And as you breathe out,
It's travelling all the way down.
Staying focused and grounded.
You are here and now.
Keep relaxing through the back of your neck and the back of your head.
Feel that support that is present here.
The earth,
The surface underneath you is holding you.
You don't have to carry any weight anymore.
Relax the whole inside of your head.
Imagine like someone is gently massaging your brain.
Massaging your mind.
Softening every part.
Simply creating more space.
Through your forehead.
Your temples.
Your space behind your eyes.
Your cheeks.
The cheekbones.
The jaw muscles.
All relaxing.
Resting your tongue inside your mouth.
Keeping your teeth separate.
Feeling those deep breaths through your nose.
Cold and warm air.
Your ears open.
Softly listening.
And even the inside of your ears is relaxed.
Be aware now of the front of your torso.
Your collarbones.
Your chest.
The inside of your chest.
Relaxing even your heart.
Your beautiful heart that keeps beating.
Inviting that energy of peace into the centre of your chest.
Let this energy soften your ribs.
Your ribcage.
Your whole belly.
The inside of your belly.
Feel your right hand thumb.
Second finger.
Third.
Fourth.
And the little finger.
The whole palm of your right hand.
The wrist.
The forearm.
The elbow.
The upper arm.
The whole shoulder relaxed.
The left hand thumb.
Second finger.
Middle finger.
Fourth finger.
And the little one.
All fingers together.
The whole left palm.
The wrist.
The left forearm.
The elbow.
The upper arm.
The whole shoulder.
The front and back of your shoulder.
And the whole left arm totally relaxing.
Feel both of your arms.
The right and left.
Relaxing together.
Feel both of your legs.
The right and left.
Relaxing together.
Feel the whole of your back.
Grounded and held.
Feel the whole front of your torso.
Totally open and present.
The whole body all relaxing together in perfect stillness.
Feel that spacious silence.
Be aware of all that space that there is in your body.
And all that space around you.
Feel your whole body as one field of energy.
A luminous presence floating in stillness.
Let's come back now to this peaceful and strong breath.
We're going to be breathing through the third eye center now.
So start connecting to that space even more.
Elevate your inner gaze to that third eye chakra.
And feel the breath there as a thread of light.
Gently flowing in and out through the center.
In through your forehead bringing a light.
And out as you shine that light to the world.
Beginning the count of breath silently from 11 to 1.
Inhale 11.
Exhale 11.
Inhale 11.
Exhale 10.
Inhale 10.
Keep going like this counting to 1 through your third eye space.
And now you can let go of that breath and keep your full awareness in that acina chakra,
The third eye space.
The seat of your intuition.
The place of inner sight.
Knowing without needing to be told.
Pure wisdom that comes from divine.
Imagine a deep indigo light glowing at the center.
Pulsing gently like a star or a ball of dark blue indigo light.
Let this light expand slowly,
Filling your mind's eye.
Bringing you clarity.
Bringing you stillness and truth.
Imagine the night sky infinite,
Still,
And mysterious.
And you're floating in this indigo,
Dark blue sky,
Supported by all stars.
A one star,
The star of your inner knowing,
Is shining the brightest.
Let it guide you.
This light,
This compass,
Is bringing you a sense of clarity.
A sense of receiving any answers that you might have.
A sense of receiving clear answers without needing to seek,
Without trying to find them so hard.
All the answers and all clarity are coming to you easily,
Without any effort.
Because you simply express that interest in knowing,
In being close with your soul.
Only presence here.
Just be.
Focus.
Awake,
Awake and aware.
Inviting some affirmations now into the space.
I see with wisdom and compassion.
I listen to that quiet voice within.
I trust my intuition.
I am open to inner guidance.
Clarity flows through me.
I see beyond illusion and into the truth.
And from here,
You can stay a bit longer,
Connecting into that space.
Or start slowly coming back to your physical body again.
Feeling the surface you are resting on.
Feeling that breath that is moving softly through your body.
Feeling yourself arriving back with that presence.
Remembering that sankalpa from the start of the practice,
That intention.

Keeping that intention in your heart,
Knowing that within,
You already have so much power and so much wisdom.
Trust it.
Feel your whole body now.
Feel your hands,
Your fingers,
Your toes,

Inviting a gentle movement if you want to.
Feeling that fresh,
Awakening energy in the whole body.
You can gently turn your neck side to side.
Stretch your arms,
Stretch your legs.
To end this practice,
Place one or both of your hands onto your forehead,
The middle of your forehead.
Holding yourself here,
Feeling that strong connection.
And let's take three deep,
Nourishing breaths.
When you're ready,
Bring your hands down and gently open your eyes.
