Taking the time to connect with your special spirit animal.
Today I invite you on a beautiful journey to meet or visit again your spirit animal.
Stay very calm and relaxed for this journey.
Calm with no expectations.
Allow your soul to show you your beautiful connection with your special animal.
Find a nice and comfortable spot.
This meditation is also perfect to do lying down before going to sleep but still staying with your mind focused or whenever you feel like you need some guidance from your spirit animal.
Spirit animals are also very connected to our soul.
Our soul knows the soul of that animal.
So remember to listen to the voice of your soul,
To the voice of love within,
Through this whole meditation.
Just make yourself cozy.
If you're sitting down,
Keep your back straight.
If you're lying down,
Align your body in a nice and comfortable position.
Keep your eyes closed.
Set the intention for this meditation to make a conscious connection with your spirit animal.
The animal that is guiding and supporting you on this journey.
Relax your body.
Relax your mind.
Relax your forehead,
Your face.
Relax your neck and shoulders.
Relax your back,
Your chest,
Your belly.
Imagine like there is a beautiful blanket of warm and peaceful energy slowly covering you from the tips of your toes.
Slowly and higher through your legs and through your hips and higher up until your shoulders.
Now you are all just feeling so relaxed,
So nice and cozy,
Ready to leave this physical body for a little while.
And go deeper and deeper into the realms of the universe,
Into the infinite realms of your imagination.
And yourself now gently moving down and down in a spiral movement,
Diving and diving into the magical world of your soul.
The world where your spirit guides,
Your spirit animals,
The gods,
All the animals and plants are just living together in a peaceful and loving atmosphere.
And yourself in a natural space,
In a natural landscape that you feel most connected to right now.
Tune in to the energy,
The voice of your spirit.
Where does your soul want to wander right now?
Is it a big field full of space?
Is it a forest?
A jungle?
A river?
A waterfall landscape?
Is it an ocean or the sea?
Where does your soul feel like going now?
To find a nice and safe space.
To feel fully connected with nature.
To be on a beautiful adventure in the land that feels most close to yourself right now.
Go there,
See the light,
Follow the light and through this tunnel of light allow yourself to cross the border of your landscape,
Of your special nature space.
Where there is only you,
God and the animals.
Find yourself in this nice and peaceful space.
You are just alone right now,
You are not seeing any animals yet.
You are just hearing different sounds of nature.
Different sounds of animals living there.
Just listen to those sounds and connect with them.
Connect with the environment.
Connect with Mother Earth.
Find a spot where you can just sit down now,
Very comfortably.
Smelling the earth underneath your bottom.
Smelling all the beautiful smells of nature.
And just relaxing into this present moment right now.
And now suddenly in front of you see a beautiful golden light.
This light has just appeared.
But you are not scared.
You know that this light comes from God,
Comes from the Spirit.
And right now set deep intention in your heart to see or feel and hear your spirit animal.
Keep being focused on the space between your eyebrows,
Connecting to your subconscious mind.
And setting the intention to seeing or feeling or hearing your special animal.
The one that your soul feels connected to right now.
Allow this animal to slowly,
Slowly appear in front of you.
Allow yourself to feel it with all your senses.
To feel the energy of it.
To make a conscious soul connection.
And just enjoy your meeting now.
Stay open.
Open your heart to receive the wisdom from your animal.

Notice how different it's feeling right now after this beautiful short journey Take a few very deep breaths Feel the power that the animal gave you Feel the strength that your animal has shared with you Feel the love that is coming from your spirit animal,
