Welcome in this relaxing space.
Take a moment to settle into a comfortable position.
Feel free to lie down or sit supported.
Maybe finding some blankets,
Some pillows that will make you feel even more comfortable here.
Let yourself be held by whatever is underneath you.
And just know that for the next few minutes.
There is nothing you need to give.
Nothing you need to offer.
And nothing you need to fix.
There is nothing you have to achieve and you can simply be here.
You being here is already enough.
Take a gentle exhale to let go of any heaviness that you are holding.
And a gentle breath in as you're inviting just a bit more space.
And again,
Slow breath out,
Letting go of any inner tension.
And slow breath in.
Open to receive more peace.
Slow,
Subtle and effortless breath.
Let your body let go of any effort.
As this breath is just flowing freely through you.
Perhaps allowing your eyes to close.
Softening the muscles around your eyes.
The back of your eyes.
Relaxing your forehead.
Your jaw.
And your tongue.
Let your shoulders become heavy.
Feel your arms as well becoming heavier and heavier.
Feel your hands just softly resting.
And your belly relaxing.
Your hips and your pelvis supported by the earth.
And your legs releasing their weight into the ground.
You can let yourself be supported and you don't have to hold yourself here.
And notice how much of life asks us to give.
To give our time.
Our attention.
Our energy.
Our care.
And our presence.
We give to people we love.
We give to our work.
To our responsibilities.
And there is something so beautiful about giving.
Giving can be an expression of love.
Of generosity.
Of connection.
So there's nothing wrong with giving but perhaps there is another movement that we sometimes forget.
That movement and action of receiving.
Receiving support.
Receiving rest.
Receiving glow.
Receiving kindness and nourishment.
Receiving life itself.
And perhaps you can begin to realize that receiving is not something that you have to earn.
You don't have to become more deserving.
You don't have to finish everything fast or have your life on a perfect track and you don't have to prove that you have given enough.
You are allowed to receive all the love,
Peace,
Abundance,
Blessings simply because you are here.
Let that really settle into your body I am allowed to receive simply for being myself.
I am allowed to receive here and now.
And notice what happens in your body when you hear those words.
Maybe there's just some sense of relief.
Like welcoming.
Maybe some ease.
Maybe there's some resistance,
Discomfort or nothing at all.
Whatever it is just allowing it to be here.
There is nothing you need to force There's no to see.
Imagine now that you are opening your hands.
Perhaps physically,
Turn your palms upwards to all Pantari Si.
Let your fingers soften.
Let your hands just rest open.
There is no holding,
No grasping,
No reaching for more.
They are just resting here open.
And breathe here.
Coming back to that spacious breath.
With every inhale allowing yourself to receive more.
Becoming more open and available to receive more.
Move every exhale.
Releasing the effort of holding everything together.
Inhale and receive.
Exhale and relax.
Inhale and receive.
Exhale.
I soften.
Now bring your awareness to your heart space.
You might also place one or both of your hands over your chest.
Feel the warmth of your hands.
Feel the gentle movement of your breath underneath your hands.
And just know that your heart doesn't need to give all the time.
Especially you don't need to put more effort to receive.
It can also rest.
It can also be nourished.
And perhaps imagine a soft warm light around your heart.
The space of warmth,
The space of kindness,
Compassion.
A space where you don't have to perform,
You can just be yourself.
And you can ask for anything you need.
So ask yourself gently,
What am I ready to receive now?
Don't search deep into the mind for the perfect answer but just listen.
Perhaps you are ready to receive more rest,
More support.
More aloft.
Or abundance.
More joy,
More trust.
More connection.
Time,
Energy.
Or space for yourself.
Perhaps there's something totally different so just let whatever comes arise naturally.
Just open to it now.
Lovely and then with the next exhale ask yourself what energy am I inviting into my life?
Maybe it's more courage.
Playfulness.
Peace.
Energy of abundance,
Of trust.
Maybe a sense of being supported by a life.
And just connect to this energy now,
To this energy that you wish to receive,
That you wish to nourish,
That you wish to embody.
Allow yourself to truly feel it.
How might it feel to receive it,
To experience it?
And with the next few breaths just really resting in this energy.
Keeping your heart open.
And everything in your body is just becoming a bit softer.
Your forehead,
Your eyes.
Your jaw,
Your throat.
Your shoulders.
Your chest.
And your belly.
Your pelvis.
Relax.
And your feet.
Let the whole body receive the ground beneath you.
Let gravity do some of the work.
Imagine like the Earth is saying to you,
You can rest here,
I am here for you.
Just know that receiving can be very simple.
Receiving a deeper breath,
Receiving warmth.
Receiving sunlight.
Receiving someone's kindness.
Or even a moment of peace just for you that you create.
Life is always offering us these small moments of nourishment.
So perhaps the practice is not to create more and to always do more and force more.
But to notice what's already here.
And how much you are already being given.
Take a few more soft and nourishing breaths.
And be repeating silently to yourself I don't have to do everything myself.
Him allowed to be supported.
And allowed my sacred rest.
And I am allowed to receive.
Let these words move beyond the mind,
Beyond the thoughts and into the body.
Let them really settle into your body.
And when you are ready to return to your environment,
To your room,
Wherever you are.
Just begin by noticing your breath.
Noticing your fingers,
Your toes.
Maybe the ground beneath you.
The space around you.
Maybe a gentle stretch or a gentle massage to any parts of the body that want to be a bit more nourished.
Before you open your eyes or rest deeper into sleep,
Choose one thing you would like to remain open to receiving for the next few days.
Maybe it's love,
Maybe it's rest or help.
Just choose one of these and carry that intention with you as something that you are willing to welcome,
As something that you are opening your your arms forward.
Then with your next exhale you can slowly come back to wherever you are or even resting deeper if you're getting ready for sleep.
Thank you so much for this practice,
For coming to receive this practice.
It's so beautiful,
So special and it really really matters.
Thank you.
Namaste.
