Take a deep breath in and a full breath out.

Welcome to another beautiful day.

You are alive,

You are awake,

You are breathing.

And that's what matters.

Make yourself comfortable for this practice,

Sitting with your back straight.

Maybe if you have just woken up you can sit on your bed.

Just make yourself comfy and cosy,

Feeling the support underneath your glutes,

Your sit bones,

Rolling your shoulders back and feeling that space in your heart,

Feeling that space in your body,

In your chest.

Let's start by taking 3 deep breaths together with a nice arm stretch.

So inhale arms around and then up to the sky,

Stretch them over your head and lengthen your spine.

And exhale,

Bring your hands together to your heart.

And again inhale arms around,

Spread them up and up to the sky,

Feel your spine lengthening.

And exhale,

Releasing slowly down to your heart.

Inhale and one more time surround yourself with light like a protective shield,

Stretch your arms around and then up to the sky,

Open yourself up for life,

For abundance.

And exhale,

Bring them together.

Take a moment now to notice the energy flow within you,

Feel after these few breaths and movement of your arms and stretches,

You can already feel a little bit more flow,

Feeling a little bit more awake from within.

Cultivate this energy of peace.

Keep cultivating this energy of peace within you,

Keeping your heart open,

Knowing that simply being alive already means that you are rich,

You are abundant,

Of the oxygen in your lungs,

Of health,

You are rich in all that you have and in all that you are.

And exhale.

Take a moment to acknowledge all the abundance in your life,

The water that you are able to drink,

The food in so many different flavours and colours that you can eat,

The amount of clothes that you have and different tools and things that you can use.

You are rich in love,

The love that is within you,

That you are sharing it with others,

The love that is coming to you from so many different sources,

The love of God,

Of divine,

The love from your family and friends,

People who see you for who you are,

The love from the Mother Earth and the abundance of all that she gives us,

Let this love and abundance expand through you,

Saying thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you for all that I have,

Thank you for life,

Thank you for my body,

Thank you for my breath,

Thank you for my health,

Thank you for all the experiences I already had and all the experiences that are coming.

I am open to life.

I am open to love.

I am open to peace.

I let peace guide me through this day.

I let love and kindness be present in my thoughts and I invite freedom,

I invite flow and abundance into every minute of my day.

Take three more deep breaths here,

Recharging yourself with these energies.

Beautiful,

And after the next exhale,

Just bring your hands to your heart again and thank yourself for taking the time in the morning to connect with yourself,

To set your intentions and the energy you want to carry throughout the day and to simply breathe.

Have a beautiful rest of your day and stay open to miracles.
