Find your comfortable spot.
You can do this meditation sitting down or lying down.
Just make sure you won't be disturbed and make sure you're giving the full attention only to yourself and your wellbeing.
Not giving this attention to the past,
To the future,
To any worry.
Right here and now you are breathing,
You are present and that's what matters.
Let's take a few deep breaths to calm down and connect back.
Let's take a few deep breaths to connect to the inner space,
Calm down the body and the whole nervous system.
Deep inhale through your nose,
Exhale through your mouth,
Release and let's go.
Inhale deeply,
Exhale completely.
Let this breath flow through you naturally.
Don't force it when you inhale and when you exhale.
Just deepen this breath a little bit and give a little bit more awareness to this flow of life within you.
And if you want for this meditation you can put one or two of your hands on your heart.
Connecting to your love within,
Being aware of your heartbeat and of this life energy that is always present here.
Surrendering deeper to the surface underneath you,
If you're sitting through your sit bones,
Your glutes,
Your legs,
If you're lying down through the whole back of the body that is touching the surface.
Surrendering to the ground,
Surrendering to the earth and feeling the power of gravity that is holding you here.
You're safe here.
Notice your heartbeat.
Realise that your body is working so perfectly without you having to do anything.
Your beautiful big and strong heart is beating and pumping the blood.
The blood is flowing through the vessels giving you nutrition and releasing toxins that are not welcomed in your body.
Your lungs are expanding with every breath in and contracting with every breath out.
Your muscles,
Your bones and your cells are working,
Supporting the life that is present within you.
Just feel it all,
Feel this energy of life and love and know that you are here on earth for a purpose.
And sometimes it doesn't have to be anything big or important how other people tell us.
Sometimes our purpose may be just loving,
Exploring life,
Giving and receiving love that is the most powerful energy in the whole universe.
You came from love and you are made of love.
How amazing it is.
You realise that you are worthy just by being yourself.
You don't have to do or achieve anything.
You are worthy right here and now.
You're worthy of this life.
You are chosen to be here.
Gods,
The universe just love you so much unconditionally.
The earth is here to support you.
Just know that you are never alone.
Breathe in deeper into the space of being.
Know that there is still so much to see,
So much to live for and so much to experience.
You're such a powerful being and you really can create your dreams,
Your life with your thoughts,
With intention and awareness.
Open up to the gratitude energy,
