This is a lovely short meditation to connect with the healing and nourishing energy before eating your food.
You can practice this meditation each day whenever you eat something before food or even after food to feel the nourishment and to connect to this healthy energy inside your body and mind.
Our consciousness when it comes to food,
What we eat,
How we eat it and when we eat is so important.
Remember to always take some time before you eat to be grateful for your food,
To eat slowly with lots of appreciation for every bite and to choose food that is good for you,
That is healthy for your body,
The food that makes you feel good and energized after you eat it and not tired and super full and bloated.
The more we are aware of the food we eat,
Of what we put in our body,
The more healthy we can become each day.
Now close your eyes,
Take a deep inhale through your nose and exhale slowly out.
Just make more space in your body for this fresh breath,
Fresh energy.
Make more space for nourishment.
Deep breath in and slow breath out.
Focus only on here and now.
Focus on yourself,
On your well-being.
You deserve to feel amazing.
And now we'll just say a gentle prayer to bless our food.
You can repeat after me or just quietly in your mind.
May my food be blessed with divine grace and abundance.
May it nourish me in all the best possible ways.
May it bring me strength,
Power,
Creative and good energy for the rest of the day and each day.
May it fill my body with love and bliss.
May it digest properly and nourish every cell.
Thank you Mother Earth.
Thank you for providing all this beautiful food to me.
Thank you for the plants,
For the herbs,
Veggies,
Delicious fruits and water that goes straight to my belly.
Thank you for all this abundance.
May all beings have enough food and drink every day.
May all beings be nourished by love and infinite peace.
May we enjoy every bite and every sip we take,
Staying in the bliss of present moment.

Stay in this loving gratitude and appreciation energy.
Having gratitude practice before the food we eat is such a powerful and nourishing practice and it can help you attract lots of good energy each day.
And everyone is blessed to have access to food each day,
Even access to water.
So just take a moment to appreciate every sip of water and every bite of the food you take.

Give it thanks,
Celebrate and respect your body.
This is your sacred home.
It is beautiful just as you are.
Remember that the more healthy food you eat,
Your body will be looking more healthy as well.
But doesn't matter how your body looks like,
Appreciate it,
Be grateful for it,
Give yourself some love each day.
