Hello beautiful souls,
My name is Jenna Ross-Gianetti with the Labyrinth Within.
In today's guided meditation we will be focusing on going back to the very beginning.
This practice is good for anyone whether you are a beginner or an advanced learner.
This meditation helps to remind us of the thoughts that we think.
This meditation will bring us back to our inner guidance.
This meditation will be bringing us back to our center,
Helping us to observe our thoughts that we think,
Observe our breath and be more mindful in both our meditation and daily life practices.
For when we are mindful and are able to watch our thoughts in our meditation practice,
We are more able to watch our thoughts and observe our feelings in our daily walking life to help us to be more conscious,
More grounded,
More spiritual and be all together a better soul for both ourselves and everyone around us.
So when you are ready and you feel comfortable beginning,
Make sure that you are in a spot that you will not be disturbed and let's get started.
Starting to sit down in a spot where you will not be disturbed.
Starting to focus on your breath,
Focus on the life force energy.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Taking big deep inhales into your nose.
Holding and breathing out.
Relaxing your whole body,
Relaxing your tongue,
Starting to be mindful of the body.
Bringing your attention inward.
Closing down your eyes.
Knowing where you are at.
Relaxing internally at the room that you are in.
Continuing to breathe.
Being mindful of the position that you are sitting in.
Starting to be mindful of where your hands are lying naturally.
Being mindful of the clothes on your skin.
The sounds that are around you.
Bringing your consciousness into this now moment.
There is nowhere to be.
There is nothing to do.
But be still here in this moment.
As thoughts emerge throughout this meditation,
Give them loving kindness.
Do not push them away but allow your thoughts to come and go.
Allow your thoughts to come by like clouds in the sky and watch them skate on past.
Do not get attached.
Do not hook into your thoughts to continue the thought process but observe it.
See it,
Feel it and let it go.
As we continue to practice meditation,
As we continue to learn to watch our thoughts,
It allows us in our everyday interactions to watch the thoughts that we think in our conscious state.
To watch the activities that we see through our eyes,
We hear with our ears,
We sense with all of our senses.
We allow all that we think and all that we see to be nothing more than observation.
And it allows us to learn to just observe the thoughts and things that are going on around us without growing attached to them.
When we learn to observe our thoughts and our feelings,
We learn to tap into who we really are.
For every moment of every day,
Our thoughts and our external world is creating our reality.
We continue over and over and over again to manifest the same outcomes,
The same events,
The same situations into our lives.
And why is this?
Are you a victim of the events that are happening to you?
No my love.
You continue to recreate these events unconsciously by attaching yourselves to these events,
By paying attention to them.
Allow yourself to observe these things.
Allow yourself to see these things.
Do not neglect them.
Do not run from them.
Acknowledge them.
But allow it to flow through you.
Allow it to just flow through you.
Continuing to breathe.
Focusing on your body.
Focusing on your breath.
Allowing your thoughts to come and go.
As you continue to meditate,
When thoughts do emerge,
Just bring yourself back to your natural breath.
For breath is the life force energy.
Notice that when you are angry or frustrated or tense,
You breathe with more depth.
You breathe more shallow.
But when you are calm,
The breath flows in and out without notice.
When you are in a peaceful state,
You don't think about the breath.
You don't think about how you need to breathe.
You trust your body to breathe naturally.
Unconsciously.
This is what we need to take into our day.
Know,
Just like we know that we are going to breathe,
Know that what you desire,
What you need,
What you want,
Will come.
Trust the universe.
Trust source.
Trust spirit.
As you trust your body and you know that you will breathe.
You know that you do not need to force your breath.
But that it comes so naturally without effort.
For when we force our breath,
We become more short-breath.
Just as when we focus and we force what we want in this life,
We get resistance and we don't see what we want.
Let it go.
Let it go.
Just let it go.
Allow the breath to flow in and out.
Good.
Again,
In through your nose and out through your mouth.
One more.
In through your nose and out through your mouth.
Feel as you breathe,
Your body becomes more and more relaxed.
Become aware of your body.
Every body part I name,
You find yourself more aware,
More relaxed,
More rejuvenated.
Relaxing in the head.
Relaxing your eyes.
Relaxing your nose.
Relaxing your mouth,
Your ears,
Your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your arms.
Your hands.
Your chest.
Your stomach.
Your pelvis.
Your legs.
Your knees.
Your ankles.
Your feet.
Coming in to silence.
Focusing solely on your body,
Your breath,
Your tranquility.
Relaxing in the head.
Relaxing in the head.
Relaxing in the head.
Relaxing in the head.
Relaxing in the head.
Relaxing in the head.
Relaxing in the head.
Relaxing in the head.
Relaxing in the head.
Relaxing in the head.
Relaxing in the head.
Relaxing in the head.
Relaxing in the head.
Relaxing in the head.
Relaxing in the head.
Relaxing in the head.
Relaxing in the head.
Relaxing in the head.
Relaxing in the head.
When you are ready,
Sit and heal for as long as you need.
When you are ready,
You may start to come back into your breath,
Journaling about anything that you experienced during this meditation.
Starting to take a deep breath into your nose and out through your mouth.
Again into your nose and out through your mouth.
One more into your nose and out through your mouth.
Starting to wake up the body,
Your toes,
Your feet,
Your ankles,
Your calves,
Your knees,
Your legs,
Your pelvis,
Your stomach,
Your back,
Your chest,
Your shoulders.
Your arms,
Your neck,
Your head,
Giving it a nice rotation.
Your face,
Your head,
Wiggling your fingers and toes,
Opening up your eyes,
Coming back into the room.
Smiling big with peace and love into a new reality.
As you go about your day or night,
Remember that you are not your thoughts.
You are not your mind.
You are not even your feelings.
You are simply the observer.
You observe these beautiful things that are part of this human awareness.
But you are not them.
You are a beautiful light worker,
A beautiful light being.
You are nothing more than light.
You are nothing more than love.
For light and love is the greatest of our consciousness.
You were sent here not to do anything,
Not to fix anything,
Not to be anything,
But to come for simply the human experience.
Only to love and only to radiate the light that you are.
Everyone has their own individual blueprint to shape this world into a unique and beautiful and diverse earth.
I thank you so,
So,
So much for joining me today in today's meditation.
As we conclude,
I would like to bow down and a namaste.
So when you're ready,
Please place your hands on your heart in a prayer pose.
Bow down with me.
Namaste.
For my soul recognizes your soul,
That we are one soul in many bodies.
Have a beautiful day guys.
