This tool helps you connect with the 4 intelligent centers of your body for deeper clarity. These 4 centers are your mind, your heart, your gut and your Genitals. These 4 intelligent centers of our body give us deeper clarity on action steps we should take.

Hello beautiful soul and welcome to today's beautiful meditation tool.

In today's talk,

I am going to be teaching you a tool that you can use whenever you are in a place of needing deeper clarity.

This tool can be used whenever you're trying to make a decision in your life.

This tool is to help you gain deeper clarity on what step to take,

What path to follow,

What direction to go into.

An example might be clarity on a relationship,

Clarity on if you should or shouldn't take a job,

Clarity on making any financial decision.

Anything in your life that you are having conflicting feelings,

Emotions,

And thoughts about.

This tool uses the four intelligent points of your body to help you to find deeper clarity by communicating.

The first intelligence is the intelligence of the mind,

The brain.

The second intelligence is the intelligence of the heart.

The third intelligence is the intelligence of the gut,

The gut instinct.

And the fourth intelligence is the intelligence of the genitals,

Your sex,

Your yoni,

Your lingam.

You can use today's recording in one of three ways.

The first way is to listen to it all the way through to learn how to do this on your own.

The second way you can use today's recording is to listen to this as a meditation and to pause at each central to then take notes,

To write,

To reflect.

The third way you can use this is by closing down your eyes and using this as a meditation in this now moment.

Choose to use this however feels best for you.

So when you are ready,

Choosing the way that you are choosing to listen or meditate with this today.

Grabbing either a piece of paper or a pen,

Something to write on,

Or sitting comfortable with your eyes closed.

And let's begin.

Start to take a deep breath in through your nose and take a deep breath out through your mouth,

Grounding yourself in this moment.

Breathing in through your nose,

Breathing out through your mouth,

Centering yourself in this moment,

Connecting deeper with yourself.

And start to set the intention and bring to your present awareness whatever it is that you need deeper clarity on.

Bringing it into awareness now and awakening the four centers of intelligences.

Bringing your awareness to the crown of your head,

Your mind,

Your brain.

Awakening it.

Bringing your awareness to your heart.

Opening and expanding it.

Awakening it.

Bringing your awareness to your gut.

Opening and awakening it.

Bringing your awareness to your genitals.

Opening and awakening it.

And feel these four centers of intelligence in your body starting to open,

Awaken,

To communicate with you,

And to communicate with each other.

Breathing into this,

Breathing out,

And bringing up to your mind,

Your brain,

The intelligence of your head.

Bring to this intelligence what you need deeper clarity on.

Present to your mind as if it was another person outside of you.

Whatever problem,

Issue,

You need deeper clarity on.

And then asking your mind,

What do you think about this?

How do you feel about this?

What do you think the answer is?

What advice do you have to give me?

And then listening for the answer.

You can choose to write down the answer or reflect on the answer within yourself.

And when you feel like you have received the answer of your mind,

Thanking your mind and moving down into your heart and opening and expanding your heart and presenting to your heart the problem,

The issue,

The thing that you need deeper clarity on.

Communicating with your heart as if it was another person.

Then asking your heart,

What do you think about this?

How do you feel about this?

What do you think the answer is?

What advice do you have to give me?

What do you think about this?

How do you feel about this?

What do you think the answer is?

What advice do you have to give me?

And when you feel like you have received the answer of your heart,

Thanking your heart and moving down into your gut,

Into your gut instincts,

Opening and expanding your gut and presenting to your gut the issue,

The problem,

The thing that you need deeper clarity on.

And listening to your gut as if it was a person outside of you.

And then asking your gut,

What do you think about this?

How do you feel about this?

What do you think the answer is?

What advice do you have to give me?

And when you feel like you have received the answer of your gut,

Thanking your gut and moving down to your genitals,

Breathing into your genitals,

Opening and expanding them and starting to present the issue,

The problem,

The thing that you need deeper clarity on.

And speaking to them as if it was a person outside of you.

Then asking your genitals,

What do you think about this?

How do you feel about this?

What do you think the answer is?

What advice do you have to give me?

And when you feel like you have received the answer of your genitals,

Thanking your genitals,

And pausing for just a moment to reflect upon what each intelligence had to say,

What each intelligence felt,

What each intelligence thought you should do,

What advice each intelligence had.

And notice what similarities and what differences each intelligence had.

See if you can find any common feelings,

Common thoughts,

Common advice.

And notice any differences.

You may invite two centers to start to communicate with each other that may have had conflict.

Noticing how each of these intelligences had different words,

Different feelings,

Different thoughts,

Different advice.

Yet all four of these intelligences were working for you,

Working for your highest good,

Your highest alignment,

Your highest solution of what they feel and think is best for you.

Thanking each of your intelligences for speaking,

For connecting deeper with you,

For giving you deeper guidance and clarity.

And when you're ready,

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Breathing in and breathing out.

And feel free to use this tool,

Checking in with each of the intelligences,

The head,

The heart,

The gut,

And the genitals,

Whenever you need deeper clarity.

Helping you to connect all parts of yourself in unity together and helping you to see the similarities,

The difference,

To find clarity and solution to whatever you feel you need clarity on.

You can use this in a writing exercise,

A meditation,

Or just a quick check-in with yourself.
