Pulse Of Life- Great Reset

The Galaxy Core calibrates the rhythm of the evolution of consciousness through waves of emission. All life can feel the pulse of the core. The core of the earth is very similar to the beating of our own hearts, giving life to us. It guides the pace of evolution and consciousness. In this meditation, we connect to the core of the earth which brings a tremendous sense of peace, stillness and facilitating our journey back home, allowing us a great reset of our emotions, mental, soul, spirit and body.

Hello,

Beautiful souls,

And welcome.

Welcome to another beautiful meditation with me,

Jenna Rose Giannetti.

I am a meditation and mindfulness teacher and a spiritual women empowerment,

Love and inner child coach.

I teach spiritual people to heal their trauma,

Transform their lives,

So they can love deeper,

Live happier and become more magical,

Loving,

Sovereign spiritual beings.

So I welcome you today.

I welcome you to coming to meditate.

And today is meditation.

We will be coming back to the vibration of love,

And we will be coming back to the galactic core of our earth,

Of our universe.

And we will be expanding our consciousness and grounding ourselves into the core of Mother Earth that has birthed us over and over and over again in many different incarnations.

So I welcome you to please start to close down your beautiful eyes and sit down with your palms facing up for today's meditation.

Sending the universe the message that you are open to receiving downloads,

Open to receiving love,

Open to receiving peace and stillness and start to anchor in the breath,

Breathing in through your nose and breathing out through your mouth.

Continue to take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Relax and breathe deeply into this moment.

Take another deep breath in and as you breathe in setting the intention to reset your body,

Reset your mind,

Reset your heart,

Reset your soul,

Reset your spirit,

Reset your whole entire being and reset the planet to the vibration of love,

Of light,

Of peace,

Of tranquility.

Knowing that your internal world is only a reflection that you project in the outer world.

Know that so above,

So below,

Inside is outside and outside is inside.

So when we start to heal ourselves we heal the external world.

So with that intention you may call on any guides,

Any angels,

Any extraterrestrial beings,

Any ancestors calling on your past self,

Your future self,

Any idols that you may identify with such as Jesus,

Buddha,

Allah,

Radhakrishna,

Ganesh,

Whoever is individually right for you and your intention at this time and place that on.

Start to breathe in that intention in your guides and exhaling,

Feeling the presence and then coming back to a natural breath.

And starting to imagine the very core of mamma gaia,

Mama patra mama,

Mother earth.

Start to bring your awareness and your consciousness to the very core of this earth.

And melting in the awareness of this core,

Having gratitude for the core,

The center,

Just as we do our heart,

For our heart is the core,

The middle of us and our humanness.

And as you bring your awareness to this core of the earth,

Also bring your awareness simultaneously to your heart and breathe and bring your awareness to your heartbeat and take a few moments to simply feel the heartbeat in your chest.

Feeling your heart and your chest expand and grow,

Feeling every beat.

And as you feel the beat of your heart,

Anchor this into the core of mother earth,

Simultaneously feeling your heartbeat and sending it to the core of the earth.

And knowing that the core of the earth has its own beating heart,

Its own life force energy,

Its own pulse.

And feel and become aware of this beating in the core of the earth.

Feel into it and connect deeper to it,

Creating this beautiful circle of the beat of the earth,

Connecting to the beat of your heart,

Connecting the beat of your heart back to the beat of the core of the earth,

Back to the beat of your heart,

Back to the beat of the core of the earth,

And continue this cycle over and over again.

Feeling this beautiful reset,

And start to visualize and see that the core of the earth with the beating,

It starts to light up the core,

And as the core lights up,

It moves through the earth,

Lighting up the mantle,

Lighting up the crust,

Lighting up the whole core,

The inner and the outer parts of the earth.

And as the earth lights up,

Become aware that you are within the earth,

You are the core of the earth,

Bring your awareness to how this core is actually you,

That your life,

Your first person perspective is the core of your earth,

Of your reality,

Of your world.

And start to bring your awareness back to the knowing that nothing outside of you is separate,

For everything outside of you is only a reflection,

A projection screen,

A movie of your internal world,

Your internal dialogue.

So as the earth lights up,

Start to see your whole body lighting up as well,

Start to feel the light grounding from the core of the earth,

Which is you,

To your feet,

To your ankles,

To your legs,

Lighting you up as a beautiful star,

Lighting up your elbows,

Lighting up your tummy,

Light up all your chakras,

Lighting up your chest,

Coming back to your heart,

Feeling the beat in your heart and the beat in the core,

Lighting up your arms,

Your shoulders,

Your back,

Lighting up your neck,

Your face,

All the way up to the crown,

And then become aware that the crown of your head circulates all the way down to the ground,

To your feet,

And create this beautiful light surrounding you,

Seeing yourself completely protected,

Safe and secure,

And a beautiful circle,

The beautiful core of Mother Gaia,

The earth.

And then sit in this awareness,

In the silence I leave you,

To feel into the beating of your heart,

And the beating of the earth,

Allowing the great reset inside you,

Awakening you to higher dimensions,

Higher vibrations,

Higher frequencies,

Aligning you deeper and deeper.

As thoughts arise,

Bring it back to your heart,

And come back to silence,

Feeling the revelation in the pulse of the earth,

Allowing your silence to guide you right to the pulse of the earth.

Namaste.

Allowing the light,

The rhythm,

The beat of the earth,

Your heart,

Your face,

Your face,

Your heart,

To reset your mind.

Activating,

Resetting your mind now.

Resetting your heart.

Activating,

Resetting your heart.

Resetting your emotions.

Activating,

You reset your emotions.

Resetting your body.

Activating a reset of your body,

The cell,

The molecules,

You are the master of your life.

Resetting your spirit.

Activating a reset of your spirit.

Resetting your soul.

Activating a reset of your soul.

Allowing a reset over your whole physical,

Mental,

Emotional,

Spiritual,

And physical being.

Feel the great reset flowing through every atom,

Every molecule,

Every neutron,

Every electron,

Every strand of hair on your body,

Your whole aura field,

All of your chakras,

And the whole entire earth,

And then sending this light out from the earth into the universe,

Throughout the universe,

Throughout all time and space.

Resetting every human,

Every animal,

Every plant,

Every being,

Every molecule,

Every atom,

Every neutron,

Every electron,

Every single thing that pulses in this earth and out into the universe.

Activating a great reset now,

That everyone will be reset to awaken to the truth of this reality.

Awaken.

Awaken.

Awaken now.

Awaken to your true form.

Awaken to your true spirit.

Awaken to your true soul.

Awaken to your true body.

Awaken to your true emotions.

Awaken to your true mind.

Awaken all of these hearts.

All of this galaxy awakening the galactic core.

You are now awakened.

You are now reset.

You now have been recalibrated to your true form.

You have your healthy,

More loving version of you.

You may start to anchor in the breath again,

Starting to come back to this new you.

Coming back to a new reset,

A new reality,

A new parallel dimension.

You are now happier,

You are now healthier,

You are now more in love,

You are now more grounded to your earth,

More connected to this spiritual realm.

Know that a great reset has happened.

And allow whatever feelings,

Emotions,

Actions that happen after this meditation to move into your life.

Know that doors that no longer serve you will close and doors that will serve you will open.

Know that you are now starting now.

And this new reality is a better,

Most preferred reality for you.

Allow the money to come in.

Allow the love to come in.

Allow the health to come in.

Allow the support to come in.

Allow the support to the community.

Allow all of your dreams,

Your aspirations to come in.

Allow the world to become a better place.

Allow yourself to now walk to the sun,

Serving others.

Allow service to others to be your greatest strength.

Start to breathe in this new reality.

Breathing in the air will have this new reality.

Exhaling.

Wiggling your fingers and your toes.

Starting to notice what you can heal.

Notice what you can smell.

Notice what you can taste.

Notice what you can feel.

And then finally when you are ready,

Opening up your eyes and noticing what you can see.

Welcome back to your new reality.

Welcome back to your new time and space.

For it feels like we were gone for a lifetime,

But it was only less than 20 minutes.

The magic that can happen when you reset yourselves,

Time escapes,

For time is not linear,

But everything is happening simultaneously.

I wish you a beautiful reset.

I wish you a beautiful life.

I wish you so much love.

And I activate with my words and my intention that this is just the beginning of your new reality.

The reality you most prefer,

The most happy with,

The most in love with.
