I will guide you through a relaxation meditation leading to the activation of your pineal gland.
Before we begin the relaxation meditation,
Bring your awareness to your third eye.
You are going to set an intention.
The process of setting your intention declares to your subconscious mind,
To the universe,
That you are serious about achieving this activation.
So,
Set your intention right now to open your third eye,
Knowing that you are completely safe and in control at all times.
Installation of your complete retention.
You can ask for guidance to help you during this activation.
It can be from your spirit guide,
Higher self,
Angel,
God,
The universe,
Or whatever you choose at this moment.
Close your eyes and begin focusing on your breath.
Visualize yourself inhaling light and exhaling tension.
Now we are going to take three deep breaths.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Letting the air fill your tummy,
And exhale through your mouth.
Let it all come out.
Take another deep breath in through your nose,
Letting the breath fill your stomach,
And exhale through your mouth slowly.
And once again,
Take a deep breath through your nose,
Filling your tummy,
And exhale through your mouth.
Now allow your breathing to settle into its automatic natural rhythm as you prepare yourself to rest,
Because it is through this restful state of being that you can begin to allow the energy to flow.
No matter what sort of day you've had,
This is a moment that you have all to yourself,
And you give yourself permission to let go and unwind.
If you're having trouble concentrating,
You can visualize your thoughts floating by like passing clouds as your body begins to settle into a restful meditation.
You are ready and deeply relaxed,
And know that you can at any time wake up in case you need to and you are completely in control.
Now allow the natural rhythm of your breath to continue to take over.
You don't even have to think about it.
Let your body find its way.
Slowly begin to feel a nice and soothing warmth around your feet.
The feeling is so good and gentle,
Relaxing all the muscles around your toes.
The warm relaxation moves up to your ankles,
Calves,
Shins.
You feel peaceful and relaxed.
As you feel the warm relaxing energy enter your knees and upper thighs,
Relaxing all the muscle groups in your legs.
It feels so good to just be.
As the warm and soothing feeling enters your buttocks muscles,
Pelvic area,
And lower abdomen,
You release all the tension that is stored and relax.
Keep your breathing nice and steady.
Feeling any tension through your breath as the warm relaxing feeling moves up into your upper body,
Moving up your spine and passing through your chest as it enters your heart space.
In this space,
Remember your intention and your guidance.
Feel so good and peaceful.
Your mind is calm.
This warm relaxing feeling moves into your shoulders,
Swirling down toward your upper arm muscles,
Elbows,
Wrists,
Hands,
And your fingers.
Simply relaxing all the muscles.
This warm relaxing feeling travels up your neck into your chin,
Jaw,
Cheeks,
Nose,
And eyes,
Relaxing all the muscles of your neck and your face,
Letting go of all facial expressions and feeling calm.
The wave of relaxation now travels up to your forehead and scalp,
Relaxing your head completely.
You feel good and calm and completely relaxed.
Enjoying having nothing to do but rest.
Basking in the warm and relaxing feeling from head to toe.
