Welcome,
Wonderful being,
To this reality-shifting practice.
Thank you for joining me on this inner journey in which you will learn how to shift your perspective of life and learn how to manifest and live in your desired reality through the Julia Method.
For this practice,
You can stand in your meditation posture with a high straight spine,
Or if you can remain conscious without falling asleep during the meditation,
You can lie down on your back and simply relax in this posture.
Breathe profoundly,
And as you breathe out,
Allow your body to anchor itself more into your chosen position.
Begin this meditation by thanking yourself for taking this particular time to connect with your mind,
Body,
And heart.
Take a deep breath and bring all your awareness within.
Exhale slowly and intend to smile slightly to yourself and to the reality you exist in.
Try to remain still during the entire practice and keep this beautiful,
Subtle smile on your lips.
Slowly,
Become conscious of the way you are naturally breathing now.
Observe yourself without trying to change or force anything.
Instead,
Bring kindness and compassion within and begin to focus on your respiration.
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
In,
Out,
In,
And out.
Breathe and notice the air coming in and out of your nostrils.
Be aware of its temperature,
Of any existing smell surrounding you.
Notice where you breathe.
Does the air go into your abdomen or maybe into your chest?
Be present.
Observe.
Bring all your awareness to your entire body.
Become conscious of the tensions present within and acknowledge any sensations that may come as an observer.
Gently,
Pay attention to what your physical body is telling you and slowly begin to relax it.
Allow your breath to help you release each tightness along with your exhale.
Breathe into your abdomen.
Breathe out and unwind your entire body.
Relax your eyebrows and forehead.
Loosen up your jawline and relax your cheeks.
Allow your tongue to relax inside your mouth along with your entire face.
Bring awareness to your chest area and begin to loosen up your heart space.
Take a deep breath,
Straighten your spine,
And as you breathe out,
Allow your shoulders to relax and your elbows to drop gently.
Let them naturally hang there without any tension whatsoever.
Begin to loosen up your chest even more with each inhale and anchor yourself within your heart space.
Focus on your fingers and palms.
Allow them as well to relax along with the soles of your feet and toes.
Permit your body to become lighter as you breathe out consciously.
Focus on your breath each moment.
Follow it as it enters through your nose,
Traveling through your neck,
Chest,
And abdomen.
Observe your body and mind and allow them to enter a deep meditative state with each respiration.
Now,
We will take three more guided respirations on our noses and into our bellies.
On exhale,
Allow the air to slowly come out through your mouth consciously.
Release all the remaining thoughts and tensions found within through the power of your breath.
Let them go gently by acknowledging the cleansing ability of your breath.
Let's begin.
Breathe in through your nose and expand your belly.
Breathe out slowly and release.
In through the nose and into the belly,
Out through your mouth.
Breathe in,
Out,
And relax even more.
Allow your body to sink deeper into this peaceful state of awareness.
Let everything go.
Surrender yourself to your breath and allow it to move your body subtly.
Return to your usual respiration and continue to breathe only through your nose during the entire practice.
Now,
As you are fully present within your breath,
Take a moment to bring your awareness inside your heart space and feel the rhythm of your heartbeat.
Be aware of its vibration traveling throughout your entire body.
Connect with it.
Allow yourself to feel the way it pumps pure energy through you,
Constantly charging and cleansing you.
Have the intention now to bring gratitude and love upon yourself on your inhale,
And as you exhale,
Kindly tell yourself,
I love you.
I thank you.
Now,
As you are more relaxed and your mind is totally present within your physical body,
Begin to visualize yourself floating in an endless room of pure white light.
Here,
You can only see this magical bright light surrounding you.
Be aware that this room has no limits.
You cannot see its endings,
But you know deep within that you are standing right in the middle of it.
Picture yourself from within your third eye center,
Meditating here in a peaceful state of being.
Embrace this loving,
Calm energy.
Breathe it in and charge yourself with the divine light surrounding you.
Continue this conscious respiration and begin to visualize tiny dark spots hovering over your entire body and aura.
Be aware that these are all the low frequency vibrations present in your life right now.
Detach yourself from that part existing within that takes everything personally and begin to view them as an observer.
Try not to resonate with them,
But instead,
With love and compassion,
Set the intention to dissolve one at a time with each breath out.
Prepare your body,
Mind,
And soul for this reality shift.
Begin to cleanse and charge yourself with light now.
Breathe in light through your nose,
Into your abdomen,
And chest.
Breathe out and allow the light to take over these tiny spheres of darkness and alchemize them into clean,
White energy.
Breathe in,
Out,
In,
Out.
Continue to breathe this way till all the low frequency vibrations dissolve,
Leaving a pure light in their place.
Feel yourself absorbing energy with each breath in and cleansing as you breathe out.
Picture your body becoming lighter and more connected to the source with each profound respiration.
As you dissolve all the dark spots,
Start now to see yourself entirely made out of light.
You are vibrating high frequencies of love and compassion to maximum potential.
Acknowledge the serenity found here and begin to repeat the mantra,
I AM,
In your mind.
Take a deep breath and begin to whisper silently within,
I AM.
Allow yourself to focus on this mantra and gradually lose any awareness of your physical body.
You may begin to feel a numbness within,
Maybe some ticklish sensations.
Perhaps you will forget in which room you are meditating or the posture you are sitting in.
Be aware that you must be perfectly still to achieve this powerful state of meditation.
Try not to overthink these sensations.
Allow them to simply happen.
Embrace this feeling with all your being and don't permit your body to take control of your practice.
Have the intention to detach your consciousness from your physical body and as it does,
Continue to chant the mantra,
I AM.
Allow it to resonate deep within and help you begin this reality shifting.
I AM,
I AM,
I AM.
Now,
As you slowly begin to enter a deeper state of meditation,
Start counting from 1 to 10.
1,
2,
3,
4,
5,
6,
7,
8,
9,
10.
Continue counting and at the same time,
Start creating an image of your desired reality.
With each number you count,
Picture the bright light surrounding you,
Dissolving step by step all the remaining dark entities present within as without.
Have the intention to cleanse yourself entirely so you can simply shift your reality.
Begin to think about how you would want to feel in your desired reality.
What kind of emotions would you want to feel here?
Start to visualize this shift.
Think of what you would like to see in your desired reality.
Take the needed time to project an ideal image of how your reality would look and feel through different senses.
Think of what you would hear in your desired reality.
What kind of smells are present here?
What temperature is here?
Is it warm or maybe cold?
If there were a taste that could describe your desired reality,
What would it be?
Take the needed time to observe what comes from within.
Concentrate now on what kind of sensations are present here.
What do you feel at the touch of your fingertips in your desired reality?
What kind of feelings are present here on your skin?
Maybe you can feel the wind caressing your body,
Perhaps the sun warming up your skin.
Focus.
Allow yourself to simply feel from your heart space and contour this way your desired reality.
Now,
Begin to feel the world you created here with all your senses simultaneously.
Consciously contemplate your existence in this ideal reality.
Have the intention to shift your current world into the desired one you created.
Be present here and start to count again from one to ten.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Six,
Seven,
Eight,
Nine.
Continue to count to fifty as you powerfully project your desired reality through each one of your senses.
Create the complete picture through your smell,
Taste,
And hearing.
Manifest the wanted reality from your heart and allow your consciousness to transport your body there.
Continue to count and set the intention to shift entirely as you get to the number fifty.
When you reach fifty,
Tell yourself,
I am shifting now to my desired reality.
I am existing within my desired reality.
When you are ready,
Open your eyes with the intention to continue existing in this reality throughout your everyday life.
Be aware that it is all about your perspective.
You have the power to shift the reality in which you are living and create a different one,
The desired one that you need for your mind,
Body,
And soul to feel at peace and surrender to the beauty of this tri-dimensional life.
