Welcome to this Yoga Nidra meditation.

Thank you for joining me,

Wonderful soul.

In this session,

We will relax our bodies and observe our minds as we begin to fall into a conscious sleep where our awareness will be fully awake.

As we begin our practice,

Please make sure your body is lying down straight and facing the ceiling.

Cover yourself with a warm and light blanket.

Allow your feet to drop as they want.

Ensure that your cover is not keeping them tensioned and allows them to stay loose.

Settle your arms beside you with your palms facing upward,

Receiving energy from above.

Take a deep breath into your belly and close your eyes slowly.

Bring a peaceful smile to your face.

Try and keep your abdominal breathing on your nose throughout the entire practice.

Kindly tell your body there is no need to move from now to the end of this session.

Allow yourself to remain perfectly still.

Be aware that you can pass over any kind of ticklish sensation by focusing on your respiration and detaching yourself from this feeling your mind created within your body.

Be still and present within,

So you can fall into a regenerative sleep while detaching your consciousness from your physical body and ending this session with an out-of-body experience.

Now,

Allow your profound respiration to slow down your overthinking mind as your body begins to release all the tightness gathered within today.

Breathe in deep through your nose.

Breathe out in,

Out through your nose,

Into your belly,

And take a brief moment to set an intention for this Yoga Nidra session.

Be conscious of why you are doing this practice and think of the goal you want to achieve through it.

You may want to release a low-frequency vibration present within,

Or maybe enhance your health,

Perhaps your sleep,

Or ground yourself.

Think of your goal and set it as an intention for today's practice.

Try and keep it in the back of your mind,

Constantly bringing energy towards it.

Breathe in and gently out through your nose.

Allow all the tensed muscles within your body to simply relax.

Find your inner space of peacefulness.

Begin to focus on your forehead.

Be conscious of the sensations present here.

Allow your awareness to loosen up the focused areas.

Breathe in through your nose and deep into your abdomen.

Relax your forehead,

Eyes,

And temples.

Be aware that as you embrace each part with pure presence,

It begins relaxing more and more,

Receiving light,

Love,

And care.

Continue to guide your attention throughout your entire head.

Feel the sensations present within your jawline and chin.

Breathe and relax your face even more.

Sense the state of inner peace enhancing within.

Observe your mind quieting down as the muscles on your face relax completely.

Be present and keep your intention in your mind as a mantra.

Travel your awareness down through your neck.

What do you feel here?

Allow your neck to loosen up and continue to follow the path down into your chest,

Through your arms,

Palms,

And fingers.

Observe these parts relaxing even more.

Allow them to release all the tensions.

Become conscious of the sensations present within your palms and fingers.

Let your awareness wander here.

Observe.

Is there any subtle movement?

Perhaps a beating rhythm or maybe a pulsating flow of energy?

Connect with this motion and be aware of your heart center forming within.

Release your entire control and come back with your attention into your heart space.

Feel the peaceful state of serenity taking over your entire being.

Allow your heart to guide you in a deep conscious meditative sleep.

Continue to bring your focus down to your abdomen.

Feel it moving as you breathe in and out.

Feel this calm motion bringing peacefulness and tranquility into your body,

Mind,

And soul.

Breathe in,

Out,

In,

Slowly out,

In,

And continue and be aware of your sacral area.

Relax it and feel your pelvis deepening more and more into the soft cushions below you.

Breathe and intend to relax your legs all the way to your feet.

Focus on the soles of your feet and allow yourself to feel the present movement in your fingers all the way to your toes.

Feel the pulsations within.

Embrace it with your entire being.

Become aware of the flowing energy present inside your body.

Enhance it with your pure awareness and presence.

Remind yourself of the intention you set for this practice and begin to breathe it deep into your abdomen.

Bring your attention to your respiration.

Be aware of the cold air entering through your nose and rising your abdomen as you breathe in slowly and profoundly.

Acknowledge the changes present within as you exhale.

Observe your abdomen going down and the air exiting warmer through your nostrils.

Consciously,

Take a while to just breathe here.

Begin to visualize yourself wandering through an enchanted forest.

The long branches of the tall trees create light for you as the sky is dark and full of stars and different planets you can see from here.

Picture the flowers present in this forest blooming tiny spheres of light and sending them up through the air.

As you walk through the soft grass,

Each step you make lights up behind you,

Leaving the imprint of your shoeless feet.

Allow the ancient trees to guide you to their divine source.

See yourself reaching the middle of the forest at a small lake that has a grand,

Magnificent tree,

Taking it in a big embrace with its roots and branches.

Sit yourself in front of this blue-lighted lake.

Place yourself on your knees and gently on your thighs.

Settle your hand on your heart space and connect with this sacred oasis.

Unify yourself with the energy present here.

Breathe it deep into your belly and allow it to charge you with high frequency vibration.

Bring your palms one in front of the other.

Focus your awareness on the energy created between your palms.

Visualize it as a tiny sphere of light growing between your hands.

As you feel its energy enhancing with light,

Concentrate the intention you set at the start of this practice into the sphere of light.

Imagine a bright wave of energy exiting through your third eye,

Between your eyebrows,

Going towards your hands,

And connecting with the energy moving between your palms.

Guide your intention from your mind through the wave of light and into your sphere.

Breathe in profoundly and charge it with more power.

Connect deeper with the goal you set in your mind and feel it manifesting within.

Feel as if it is already happening.

As you find yourself in a state of joy and peacefulness,

Begin to travel with your mind this powerful sphere.

Rise it up above your head.

Guide it over the bright lighted lake and into the trunk of the divine tree present in front of you.

Visualize it spreading its light down through its roots and towards its branches.

Embrace this pure connection and allow its power to manifest your intention.

Allow yourself to lie down here and honor the energy present in front of you.

Become aware of yourself.

Observe if you can still feel your physical body in its meditation posture.

Allow your consciousness to detach from the body and travel to other realms.

Surrender your control here.

Embrace this floating sensation.

Return your awareness to the peaceful relaxation created within your mind,

Body,

Your physical body,

To remain in perfect stillness and regenerate here as you begin to project your consciousness through the unseen realms.

Visualize your consciousness rising from your physical body and entering through the bright portal the lake creates in front of you.

Set the intention to start your out-of-body experience as you enter through this astral portal.

When you want to return to your consciousness,

Back to your physical body,

Remember yourself lying down peacefully in front of this blue lake.

Visualize your body from above with a light aura contouring your body by the bright grass.

Have the intention to enter it gently.

Visualize yourself coming back.

Begin to feel the motion of your respiration traveling through your entire abdomen,

Body.

Kindly reconnect with your tridimensional self.

Begin to slowly move your fingers and toes.

Be aware of your body's existence and sensations.

Breathe deep within and allow yourself to fall into a deep,

Regenerative sleep.

Continue and practice your astral projection if you wish,

Or simply fall asleep.

Keep meditating within this deep state of awareness and allow your conscious mind to integrate this session throughout the entire night.
