This is a sound journey for Nervous System Balance and Well-Being that unfolds in four movements. We begin with a tuning using C and G forks, alternating from left to right with no background — a simple, powerful preparation. The opening sequence deepens readiness, resonating with the sacral, heart, and pineal centers. The protocol is the core: pure intervals (fifth, fourth, sixth) that clear tension, calm the mind, and restore nervous system harmony. We close by spinning the orbit, then breathing deeply with tuning forks, holding briefly, and releasing with power. A short silence and a final C strike complete the journey, leaving you grounded, clear, and restored. This session has instructions. It is recommended that you do this version until you are comfortable enough to repeat it without the instructions.

Welcome.

This is a sound healing journey for nervous system balance and enhancing well-being.

This is an invitation to simply receive.

The sounds you hear are not here to add anything to you.

They are reminders of what is already within you.

Harmony,

Balance,

And renewal.

At times I will invite you to silently repeat simple I am statements to yourself.

These are not affirmations to think about,

But vibrations to let echo gently inside as the sound moves through you.

During the opening sequence,

You may choose if it feels right for your body to stand.

As we open each center,

Place your palms open at that level,

At the sacral,

At the heart,

And at the pineal center.

This is not required,

Simply an invitation to receive more deeply.

Later,

We will move into spinning of the orbit.

For this,

Imagine tracing a ball of energy in front of you about the size of a basketball.

We will first trace 36 circles in a clockwise direction.

Inhale as your hands rise,

Exhale as they extend down and away.

With each circle,

Silently repeat the mantra,

No beginning,

No end.

Then we will reverse this direction for nine circles counterclockwise.

Inhale as your hands extend up and outward,

Exhale as they come back down toward the body.

I'll keep time with the forks,

About three fork cycles for the 36 and one fork cycle for the nine,

So even if you lose count,

You'll stay close to the rhythm.

If you drift,

That's okay.

The sound will carry you where you need to be.

From beginning to end,

You will be guided step by step.

All that's asked of you is to listen,

To receive,

And to allow the sound to do its work.

Sit up,

Relax,

Take a slow,

Gentle breath into your belly,

And as you exhale,

Let your body soften.

Be still,

Be aware,

And allow the sound to move through you.

The vibration settles into stillness.

Be aware,

Let the sound carry you forward.

For this opening section,

We will open and connect with each center.

You may stand if you wish and hold your arms up with the palms of your hands facing each other at the level of the center we are directing our attention to.

Place the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth right behind your teeth.

Take this opportunity to set an intention.

It may be anything you wish.

Trust your guidance or intuition for whatever comes to you.

If you draw a blank,

Just set your intention to open fully to the experience or fully connect with the energy,

Whatever you wish.

Be aware of your sacral center located just below your belly.

Where your awareness goes,

Your energy flow.

Notice any subtle vibration and focus your attention on it.

Breathe and be present and experience the energy of this center.

Now sense this energy in space and suspended in the field around you.

Become aware of the space surrounding it,

Holding it without a field of possibility.

Be aware of your heart center and focus your attention on it.

Become aware of the space surrounding it,

Holding it without boundary,

A field of possibility.

Trust in the unknown.

Breathe and be present and experience the energy of this center.

Now,

Since this energy in space,

Become aware of the space surrounding it,

Holding it,

A field of possibility,

Inner heart,

And the center of your head all at the same time,

At the same time,

A vast field of possibility at the same time.

Trust the unknown.

Begin the closing sequence by spinning the orbit.

Use your hands to trace a ball of energy about the size of a basketball out in front of you.

Inhale as your hands rise,

Exhale as they move down and away.

While you silently repeat,

No beginning,

No end.

Now reverse the motion,

Tracing the same orbit in the opposite direction nine times.

While deeply into your belly,

Become aware and integrate that energy.
