Welcome and Allow Meditation

This meditation uses the phrases from Contemplative Outreach's "Welcoming Prayer" to consent to the presence and action of the Universal Supreme God within.

Let us invoke for divine blessing. To the Universal Supreme God, To all the spiritual teachers, To all the ascended masters, To all the archangels, Legions of holy angels, To all the saints, Spiritual helpers, All the great ones, To my higher soul, My Divine Self. We humbly invoke for divine blessings, Guidance, Love, Illumination, Bliss, And protection. We thank you in full faith. Close your eyes. Connect your tongue to the roof of your mouth. Slow down. Take a deep breath and allow your body to relax. Your entire body is just relaxing as you breathe. As you take your next breath, Use your awareness to follow your breath into your body. What is your experience inside? Breathe and feel your inner landscape. Become aware of all the sensations within you. Sink into the experience inside your body at this moment. Leave the light of awareness on inside. Be present with everything that is going on. Whatever you are feeling, Whatever you are thinking, Whatever you are sensing on any level, Just be. Maintain this presence and also be aware of your heart, The heart chakra. Appreciate your experience. Silently say, Welcome, Welcome, Welcome. I welcome you. I welcome you. I welcome everything that comes to me today because I know it is for my healing. I welcome all thoughts, Feelings, Emotions, People, Situations, And conditions. Breathe and relax. Sink back into the experience inside your body. Maintain your presence and be aware of your sex chakra. Silently say, I let go of my desire for power and control. I let go of my desire for power and control. I let go of my desire for power and control. I let go of my desire for power and control. And be aware of the hollow area between your ribs, Your solar plexus chakra. Silently say, I let go of my desire for affection, Esteem, And approval. Breathe and relax. Sink back into the experience inside your body. Simply be. Just you and your experience. No resistance. Be aware of your root chakra, Located at the base of your spine. Silently say, I let go of my desire for survival and security. Breathe and relax. Sink back into the experience within your body. Whatever is going on with you right now, Just observe it. And be aware of the area between your eyebrows, The Ajna Chakra. Silently say, I let go of my desire to change any situation, Condition, Person, Or myself. Breathe and relax. Sink into the experience within your body. Just breathe and be. And also, Be aware of your crown chakra. Silently say, I open to the love, Presence, And action of the Universal Supreme God within. Feel the energy flow in as you open up. Breathe and relax. Enjoy this cleansing energy. Sink back into your body. We will energetically release these blocks, And allow ourselves to align with our highest self, Our true nature. Imagine a rose in front of you. Any color will do. Whatever works for you. Beyond an arm's length away. Silently say, I invite my desire for power and control to arise within me. Be aware of your sex chakra. Breathe and feel the shift. Experience the desire within to control your life and make things happen. Just observe and be with it. Make peace with your desire. You are willing to be with it, And it's free to go. Allow your desire for power and control to release from your sex chakra and into the rose. Imagine it releasing to the rose. Feel the energy flowing from your sex chakra and into the rose, Or just let the energy ride the sound wave. Whatever works best for you. Feel into your body and see if there are any other places where you sent your desire for power and control. Allow these to release into the rose. Now, Let the rose drift away. Visualize it going far away. Out into space. And, Allow it to pop. All the energy that is released is repurposed to the greatest good of all. Imagine another rose in front of you. Silently say, I invite my desire for affection, Esteem, And approval to arise within me. Be aware of your solar plexus chakra. Breathe and feel the shift. Feel the sensation of your desire for a love and approval that makes you okay. Just observe and be with it. Make peace with your yearning for validation. You're willing to be with it and it's free to go. Allow it to release from your solar plexus chakra and into the rose. Feel into your body and see if there are any other places where you sent your desire for affection, Esteem, And approval. Allow these to release into the rose. Now, Let the rose drift away, Far away, And allow it to pop. Know that all the energy that is released is repurposed to the greatest good of all. Imagine another rose in front of you. Silently say, I invite my desire for survival and security to arise within me. Be aware of your root chakra. Breathe and feel the shift. Experience the panic of insecurity. Maybe something is wrong. Or you aren't safe. Just observe and be with it. Make peace with your desire to alter this experience. You're willing to be with a sense of dread or uneasiness. And it is free to go. Allow it to release from your root chakra and into the rose. Feel into your body and see if there are any other places where you sense you are threatened or not safe. Allow these to release into the rose. Now, Let the rose drift away, Far away, And allow it to pop, Certain that all the energy that is released is repurposed to the greatest good of all. Imagine another rose in front of you. Silently say, I invite my desire to change any situation, Condition, Person, Or myself to arise within me. Be aware of your Ajna Chakra. Breathe and feel the shift. Experience the resistance to what is happening right now. There is no need for it to be different than it is. Just observe and be with it. Make peace with your desire to shove life into your comfort zone. You are willing to be with this discomfort, Anxiety, Stresslessness, And it is free to go. Allow this desire to release from your Ajna Chakra and into the rose. Feel into your body and see if there are any other places where you sense your desire to change any situation, Condition, Person, Or yourself. Allow these to release into the rose. Now, Let the rose drift away, Far away, And allow it to pop. All the energy that is released is repurposed to the greatest good of all. Imagine another rose in front of you. Silently say, I invite all blocks to fully opening to the love, Presence, And action of the Universal Supreme God within me to arise. Be aware of your crown chakra. Breathe and feel the shift. Notice anywhere that feels restricted or stuck. Just observe and be with it. You are safe. You no longer need any protection. They are free to go. Allow them to release from your crown chakra and into the rose. Feel into your body and see if there are any other places where you sense anything that prevents you from fully opening to the love, Presence, And action of the Universal Supreme God within. Allow these to release into the rose. Now, Let the rose drift far away and watch it pop. All the energy that is released is now repurposed to the greatest good of all. Continue to focus on your crown chakra and also be aware of your heart, The heart chakra. Imagine a golden ball of light above your head. Allow the golden light energy to flow in through your crown chakra and into your body. Feel your energy system fill up. Take a moment to experience the neutrality of this golden energy. Allow yourself to experience this version of you free of the desire for power and control, Affection, Esteem, And approval, Survival and security, And the desire to change any situation, Condition, Person, Or yourself. You are now open to infinite possibility. Allow life. Allow yourself to come into alignment with you. Come into alignment with your Source. You are no longer fighting your life, Trying to make it comfortable. You are alive, And it is a perfect fit just for you. Be aware of your throat, The throat chakra. Say, Welcome, Welcome, Welcome. I am open to the love, Presence, And action of the Universal Supreme God within. Let us give thanks to the Universal Supreme God. We thank you for these priceless blessings.
