Allow a grounding cord to attach your chakra to the center of the earth.
Anchor your grounding cord securely to the center of the earth.
And allow your cord to expand to as wide as your body.

Imagine a small version of yourself in front of you.
Notice if there are any energetic cords connected to the front of your body.
Set your intention to find them.
Silently say,
Show me all the energy cords connected to the front of my body.
Offset your hands so they are not aligned and use them.
Gently gather and pull the cords away from your body and direct them to an imaginary green flame on the ground.
Continue to gently gather and pull the cords.
When you feel less resistance or like you've reached the end of the cords,
With your hand,
Chop three times at the cords and silently say,
Cut,
Cut,
Cut as you chop.
Discard the cords in the green flame.
Clear your hands.
Out loud chant,
Om.
Into the front and back of each hand.
Now,
Let's repeat that procedure for the cords connected to the back of your body.
Silently say,
Show me all the energy cords connected to the back of my body.
Offset your hands so they are not aligned and use them to gently gather and pull the cords away from your body and direct them to your imaginary green flame on the ground.
Continue to gently gather and pull the cords.
When you feel less resistance or like you've reached the end of the cords,
With your hand,
Chop three times at the cords and silently say,
Cut,
Cut,
Cut as you chop.
Discard the cords in the green flame.
Clear your hands.
Out loud chant,
Om.
Into the front and back of each hand.
Send the green flame far away to the edge of the universe where the energy can be repurposed to the highest good of all.
Breathe.
