As you stir the hot chocolate and watch it become smooth and creamy,
Imagine that you are releasing those worries and stresses.
Let them dissolve into the hot chocolate,

Down your shoulders and to your arms.

From your neck to your fingertips.
As you take another sip,
Feel the warmth spreading to your chest and your stomach.
Imagine the hot chocolate relaxing your chest muscles as you breathe deeply and slowly,
Inhaling the rich aroma.
Let the warmth of the hot chocolate flow down to your lower back,
Your hips and your legs.
Imagine it soothing every muscle along the way,
Releasing any tension or discomfort.
Take another sip and feel the hot chocolate flowing to your knees and down to your feet.
Imagine it relaxing every muscle in your legs and feet and let go of any tension,
Tightness or discomfort that you may still be holding on to.
Now take a moment to focus on your breath.
Breathe in slowly and deeply,
Imagining that you're inhaling the rich aroma of the cocoa and feel your body relax even more with every exhale.
As you breathe,
Imagine inhaling the steam from the mug and the hot chocolate continuing to flow through your body,
Relaxing every muscle and releasing any tight knots of stress and tension.
