Really liked this and fell asleep quickly but the ending bell woke me with a startle so I don’t think I’ll be using it for sleep unless you remove bell. I will use for meditation and relaxation though. Thank you!

Used this as a nap/relax track. Very blissful!. As a side note, I added the wahe guru mantra (wahe on the inhale) for extra effect. Highly recommended.
