Allow yourself to find a position that's comfortable,
Whether that's seated,
Seated with support or lying down.
Make sure you can just allow your body to relax and let go of any holding tensions.
I'm going to start the practice with your breath.
So take in an inhalation through the nose.
And exhale.
Take a full exhalation.
Take a breath in.
Continue to focus on your breath and start to visualise a blue sphere in the centre of your throat.
Take note of what it looks like.
Notice its colour.
Notice its vibrancy.
How fast or slow it spins.
And allow that to brighten.
Allow it to feel more expansive.
Feel it open freely and expand beyond your physical self.
Feel the vibration.
And follow me with these mantras.
I speak freely from love and compassion.
I listen easily with love and compassion.
I allow any negative thoughts to be transformed into wisdom as I speak my authentic truth.
As I allow myself to be heard and I allow myself to listen.
I speak my truth easily and freely from my heart with love and compassion.
I allow my artistic expression to flow freely through my body and freely through my mouth.
I speak my truth with kindness.
I let go of all limiting thoughts and behaviours that stop me owning and speaking my truth.
I have a voice and I am allowing my voice to be heard.
I speak with clarity.
I speak from love.
I speak from kindness.
I speak from my heart.
I speak my truth.
I am loved and I am safe.
And now just allow yourself to hum and create and raise a vibration into your throat.
Just be aware of the sound and the sensations.
Don't worry what it sounds like.
Just be aware of it.
Just hear it.
Listen to it.
Feel it without any judgement.
Just allow it to come out.
Notice how it feels in your body.
Notice the sensation.
Notice the different tones of vibrations that happen.
And just notice how you feel.
How do you feel around your neck,
Your jaw?
How do you feel in your mood,
Your emotions?
Notice if you feel any lighter sensations or if any clarity came up.
Any ideas or thoughts or things you really need to say.
Just being aware.
Maybe you would like to journal them down after this practice.
