Welcome dearest one.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable seated position and closing the eyes.

With each breath,

Feel the hips becoming heavier.

The belly softens.

The heart and the throat begin to relax with each exhalation.

Allow there to be a slight part between the lips and the teeth.

The small muscles around the eyes and the mouth soften and let go.

Feel the whole body supported by the earth beneath you.

Let us take a deep breath in.

Exhale through the mouth with a sigh.

Another full deep breath in.

Exhale with a sigh.

One more complete breath like this.

I invite you to bring your mind to this moment.

Start to follow the feeling of the breath moving in and out of the body.

The inhalations become a little slower and the exhalations become a little longer.

This powerful energy that can transmute the energy of any place,

Until it pours in through your head filling your entire body with this exquisite violet flame.

This vibrant violet light moving into the brain transmuting all patterns and behaviors that no longer serve you.

See and feel this violet light move into every organ of the body.

Purifying the organs,

Light.
