wow, talk about kismet . I normally meditate every morning but today I woke up very sick and rested the entire day and did not meditate in the morning. It is approximately 9 PM in the evening and decided to go ahead and do my morning ritual even though it's late. because of this, I came across your meditation. It's exactly what I needed to hear.
