Find Those Moments

It's so easy to get caught up in emotions. This is a reminder that we have survived all the things that happen to us. We can choose happiness and we can let go. Life is ours for the living. This is your life and you do have choices.

I want to remind you that today is yours. Whatever's going on will not last forever. You have the ability to let go and move through, Just like you've survived every other thing you've lived through. Nothing lasts forever. Not the bad and not the good. There's a balance in all things we do. So today, Stand up, Push through, And find the reasons to smile. Remember who you are and use your strength. Today is beautiful. Find those moments and revel in them.
