Sometimes we have to remind one another of the beauty and strength we see. Let me remind you how absolutley incredible you are. It will take less than one minute out of your day. I see you, I feel you, and I love you.

Stay strong and remember, You are strength, You are beauty, You are kindness, And most of all you are love. Pure love. Now sit for a moment and remember who you are.
