I do resonate with this Liz, but like you I have learned to let go of the reins a little. I may have a vision but I think it’s wise to follow heart and gut instinct when things are not going to plan and be open to detours. I believe this is so much more enriching, especially if it’s an observation from someone else who will have a different and more open perspective. Having said that, I do plan my class theme and have in mind certain poses and sequences that fit that theme but fortunately I have enough experience to weave them together in a way that supports the students that are attending. I believe that life’s experiences gradually teach us that going with the flow is so much more rewarding - otherwise we could be setting ourselves up for disappointment when we have certain expectations. Thank you for the reminder 💗🙏☺️

I’m fascinated by the Three Principles Liz and you explained everything so well. My instinct is to absorb for a few days and then perhaps listen in again and just let the words wash over me. Thank you 💗🙏

I loved the imagery at the beginning, the sounds in the background, the kindness in her voice, and the thought provoking question.

It is incredibly rejuvenating that when you release trying to control and shape outcomes how much life improves for you. Thanks Liz that makes so much sense not doing the three principles, just living them. ✌️❤️😌

Thank you for this Liz. I just finished your course on the Three Principles. It was a very well presented introduction. Parts of this feel intuitive and true and yet I am not sure I am ‘there’ yet. 😊

I haven’t listened to your daily meditations before and I picked this one at random as it appealed to me. It was so very apt for me at this stage in my life and also very beautiful. I will start following your daily meditations now. Thank you for doing these in your own time for the benefit of others. 🌸

Thanks 🙏🏼 Liz In some situations just going with the flow wouldn’t be honouring the gut feeling or senses. 🌿🌼🌿
