Wow, Katarina, this was wonderful. Before beginning this meditation, I was feeling a bit anxious and shaky. Halfway through the meditation, the anxiety and shakiness melted away and I felt very calm and protected at the end, plus you have a lovely voice. I will be using this as my SOS button going forward, thank you!
