Bringing yourself into this moment.

Relaxing your body,

Focusing on the movement of your breath.

Following your breath as it flows in and out.

Dropping down into your heart space.

As you breathe,

Expanding your heart.

Opening yourself up to more and more love.

Letting that love grow within your heart and overflow out into the rest of your body.

Knowing that within your heart is an endless supply of loving energy.

You cannot be depleted by giving to yourself or others.

There is always an endless supply.

Saying gently to yourself,

I love and accept all parts of me.

Letting this love flow over every cell in your body.

Noticing if there is any part of you that is finding it difficult to absorb the love that you're sending.

Sending some extra loving energy to this part of you.

Letting it know that you love it exactly as it is.

And that it has your full permission to feel worthy of love and acceptance.

Calling forth all of the love,

Compassion,

Kindness and understanding that you possess within you.

And circulating it around your body one final time.

Letting it wash over all of your cells and absorb into all parts of your body.

Even the parts you might have previously struggled to fully accept.

Reminding yourself that you are worthy of love.

Feel your entire body charging with love and acceptance.

Knowing with your whole being that you are perfect,

Worthy and lovable just as you are.

Coming back to your breathing now.

Opening your eyes and returning to your day.

Taking this loving energy with you.
