This practise is focused on sitting with tension, particularly in the gut. The gut is so important; having its own nervous system and known as the second brain, it is vital we look after our guts. We can do this by our diets, but also by stimulating the Vagus Nerve - a huge nerve running all through the body, but a lot of it is in the gut. Stimulating this aids calmness and relaxation. Give your gut a rest.
