Welcome to the relaxing breath meditation.

The purpose of this meditation is to use your natural breath as a way of returning back to your peace,

Calmness and total relaxation,

Draining all the stress away and coming back home to peace.

Each and every breath you breathe is an invitation to go deeper,

To feel peace and to feel the natural good feelings that you already have within you.

In this meditation we're going to be using your breath as you breathe in and out to relax your entire body.

Notice how it feels as the oxygen enters in through your nose and mouth.

Filling all the way up,

Really deeply breathing and letting that out and noticing as you start to feel more relaxed already with each breath.

The rise and fall of the breath takes you deeper inside as you begin to notice your whole body becoming more soft,

Gentle as if a soothing energy is washing through you,

Allowing yourself to breathe beautiful deep,

Deep breaths,

The deepest breath you've breathed all year and letting go more and more.

And now as you breathe,

Imagine golden light is filling you up on the in-breath like a sun of peace that is shining upon you,

Filling all the way up and as you breathe out that beautiful energy pours through your entire being,

Filling every cell of your body with relaxing,

Purifying energy.

Clearly seeing that golden light flowing into you and each time you exhale just feeling that purifying energy cleaning,

Clearing out,

Releasing all negativity,

Stress,

Worry as if it drains out of your body.

The more you breathe in that light,

The more it fills you up,

Cleansing your mind,

Body and soul and restoring you back to your original still place within.

Breathing in,

Completely letting go.

Noticing where you feel most relaxed,

Allowing that relaxation to flow through your whole being.

And as you breathe out,

You can say in your mind,

Relax as you let go.

You might notice yourself melting away in that nice gentle stillness.

As the good feelings get stronger and stronger,

Everything else melts back into peace,

Completely relaxed with each breath.

And as you breathe in,

Completely letting go.

And as you let go.

And keep breathing deeply,

Deeply filling up with that light and saying relax,

Completely letting go and feeling that wave of peace,

Good feelings flowing through your whole being as everything else is cleared away,

Leaving you with pure peace,

Calmness,

Gentle state of contentment and lightness.

How good are you willing to feel?

Just allow those beautiful good feelings that you already have within you to re-emerge.

How does it feel to be completely relaxed,

Feeling so peaceful and calm and all is well?

How does it feel to be completely relaxed,

Feeling so peaceful and all is well?

How does it feel to be completely relaxed,

Feeling so peaceful and all is well?

How does it feel to be completely relaxed,

Feeling so peaceful and all is well?

And with each breath just feeling as if you're being purified by this divine light,

This shining light of peace,

Golden light is filling you,

Purifying everything,

Washing it through,

Washing it away and leaving you with constant peace and just allowing that to happen,

Taking those deep breaths,

Each breath noticing yourself feeling just a little bit more free,

Relaxed,

As if everything is melting into peace,

Washing through,

Softening and you're just shining light,

Complete freedom,

Deeper and deeper into those beautiful good feelings with each and every breath.

How does it feel to be completely relaxed,

Feeling so peaceful and all is well?

How does it feel to be completely relaxed,

Feeling so peaceful and all is well?

Just breathing in that beautiful light of peace,

Golden,

Pure energy,

And completely letting go as you melt,

Dissolve,

Merge into peace,

Stillness.

Your whole being is filled with light and shining gentle peace.

You are safe,

You are free,

Completely secure,

And your brain is filled with bliss chemicals,

Relaxation,

Calmness with each breath as you breathe deep in that light.

And totally let go and allow that to wash through your whole being.

So just breathing in that beautiful light of peace,

Golden,

Pure energy,

And completely letting go as you melt,

Dissolve,

Merge into peace,

Stillness.

Your whole being is filled with light and shining gentle peace.

You are safe,

You are free,

Completely secure,

And your brain is filled with bliss chemicals,

Relaxation,

Calmness with each breath as you breathe deep in that light.

And totally let go and allow that to wash through your whole being.

Go ahead and take a deep breath.

And so you can continue this experience for as long as you like.

And for the best and most long lasting results,

Come back to this meditation again,

Every day for at least 40 days.

So you really ground in this experience of complete relaxation,

Peace,

And you begin to use your breath naturally and easily as a reminder to feel good,

Feel relaxed,

Feel safe and secure.

So breathing deep,

Filling up with that light and shining all around you,

Shining all around you and keep this going for as long as you wish.
