Good morning and thank you for joining me for this morning meditation.
This meditation will help you start your day positively and with a smile.
Whatever positive energy we project out there comes back to us manifold.
Any negative projections will be easy for you to deflect.
How you start your day influences its vibration.
Hopefully you are in a warm safe space.
Also make yourself comfortable.
You might be lying or sitting.
Whatever feels best for you,
It doesn't matter.
Just try to get that little bit more comfortable.
Now take three deep breaths.
The negative Now allow your breath to get back to its natural rhythm.
Notice any movement with each inhale and exhale.
Be quietly aware that with every inhale your body and energy are recharging and are being replenished.
Any staleness from sleep leaving your body with each exhale.
Because this is a new day full of brand new opportunities waiting for you.
Give yourself also the promise to walk through this day with open eyes.
With the curiosity of a child looking around you.
Noticing what is around you with wakeful awareness.
Colors.
Movement.
This unique day represents itself to you as a gift and is welcoming you.
Give yourself a smile and notice how easily the smile fills you with joy.
Holding onto your playful self repeat to yourself.
Today and every day I am taking in this world around me consciously with presence.
Today and every day I am welcoming new opportunities.
Today and every day I will surprise myself positively.
Today and every day I feel adventurous.
Today I am getting closer to my goals.
And today I am reaching goals.
Today and every day I am grateful to be myself.
Today and every day I appreciate my deeply held wisdom.
Today and every day I honor and trust my intuition.
Today and every day I am listening to my body and what it needs.
Today and every day I am nourishing my mind.
Today like any day I love myself.
I am respecting myself.
I am appreciating myself.
And now as you allow every intention to settle deep within you start gently stretching your arms and your back.
You might want to wriggle your toes.
Whatever helps you.
And when you are ready open your eyes.
And you will feel wide awake.
You feel the energy in your body.
You are ready for the stay.
And all the opportunities that it brings with it.
