Mini tree meditation for a quick reset.
Make sure that you are comfortable and close your eyes.
Now focus on your breathing.
Just observe how your breath is in this moment.
And when you notice that it's still a little high,
You can place a hand on your belly to help your breath get deeper and slower.
Breathe deeply and slowly.
Allowing your body to relax more and more.
Now take a deep breath in and when you breathe out,
You let go of all the tension that's in your body.
Take another deep breath in and when you breathe out,
You let everything go.
Now imagine that you are walking in the forest.
With every step you take,
You feel more grounded and more and more relaxed.
You enjoy the beautiful trees around you and you feel their energy and feel how they take away your sorrow,
How they take away any negative thoughts that you might have in this moment.
Now keep walking slowly and peacefully and let the healing energy of the trees take away any negativity around you.
Now take a deep breath in and slowly breathe out.
And now it's time to slowly come back to the here and now.
Start moving a little with your hands and your feet and open your eyes.
