Keeping your energy high,
A formation meditation.
Make sure that you're comfortable and close your eyes.
Now focus on your breathing for a little while.
If you notice that your breath is a little high,
You can place a hand on your belly to help you get your breathing a bit deeper and slower.
Now imagine you're walking on a trail in a lovely field,
Surrounded by beautiful nature.
Walking like this,
You enjoy the view,
The trees,
The flowers,
Everything you're seeing.
With every step you take,
You feel more grounded,
More connected to the earth.
You continue walking on this lovely beautiful trail,
Feeling the soft and kind energy around you,
Hearing the sounds of nature and smelling the soft nice smell of nature.
After a little while of walking like this and enjoying everything around you,
You see a bench and you decide to sit down.
You close your eyes and then you hear a voice in your head.
It says,
I feel energized.
I am energy.
I am positive energy.
I am love.
I feel empowered.
I feel strong.
I stand in my own power.
I feel powerful.
I feel at ease.
I stay in my own energy.
I keep my energy close to me.
My energy is strong.
I feel strong.
I am worth feeling energetic.
I am worth feeling empowered.
I feel full of energy.
I am positive.
I am powerful.
I am energy.
I am love.
When the voice stops you stay on the bench for a while to let this sink in.
You realize that there are many ways to keep your energy high and stand in your own power.
And you choose to do your best to keep your energy as high as possible.
Because only you can take care of death.
And you choose to be a part of it.
Pondering about all this you walk back through the field.
Enjoying nature around you and feeling grateful for the message and inspiration you received.
And now when you are ready you can slowly come back to the here and now.
Back to the place where you are lying or sitting.
Slowly you start moving a little and when you are ready you open your eyes.
