This is an eyes closed guided meditation.

Only listen to this when you can take time to relax and sit or lie down.

Make yourself comfortable and go back to your dreams.

The more you use the spirit of being with action,

Active and free elements,

The more you will see and feel and feel grateful for and hear.

As something comes,

You can hear,

Watch and energy behind and all around.

You can realize how far you go and go further into trance,

Into trance at moments in a few moments of time.

The ideas that are presented in a way that allows you to change,

To grow and become more authentic and resonate with your inner self and have more of what make you,

You,

Now.

I want to welcome you to the spirit of being meditation.

It's a peaceful journey from where you are to where you want to be,

Different.

And this meditation is different because while you go into the experience,

Relaxation and deep inner joy will fill your soul and guide your mind through a journey of change and experience three core principles that you will journey through to welcome in change.

And create the change you want from within you are able to create the changes that you want so you get to experience more of the experiences that you want to experience in your life and make it both a place of more abundance and joy as you go deeper now and a place of health and wealth and places and people and things and activities that you do that resonate with you.

Do more of those because you focus more of your attention on those so it focuses more of your attention on these different areas that you want to change.

Now as you close your eyes if you haven't already and take a deep breath in and breathe out and notice the air leaving your lungs.

Breathe in and be aware of your body,

Your physical being and relax the muscles around your jaw and let go of tension.

Release any tension around your eyes and face,

Relax the muscles in your throat and allow all that relaxation to relax your mind taking a breath in relaxing again your face and allowing your mind to relax deeper into this experience so you can make changes that will stay with you for the rest of your life.

Letting go of the memory and the feelings going along with those thoughts the pictures and memories in your mind drift away because the quietening of your mind along with a clear minds eye and new feelings start building,

Excited feelings because you know that you are going to really allow yourself this time to go deep into the feeling of gratitude.

That feeling of gratitude stokes the fire of desire in you to continue to do things and do more things that allow you to have more experiences that you are grateful for.

And this is why gratitude journals act as such a wonderful reminder to both your conscious mind and your unconscious mind.

Now,

As you deepen inside the experience keeping the effortless determination which channels the energy that flows through you making you feel more and more wonderful attracting more experiences that you recognize and allow yourself to really enjoy and paying that forward and allowing everything to help manifest the desire of your future memories and in the final and deepest part of the experience gives you a space to go really far and already having had and experienced certain wonders in the future enjoying them now the final and deepest part of the experience gives you a space to go really far and already having had and experienced certain wonders in the future and enjoying them now before they even happen giving your unconscious the experience of having done it already the whole life you have sealed into the universe and everywhere you've been and all the experiences you have you have already it's the finally collapsing wonder experiencing and manifesting fun and joy of joy into your life now before we start this process is an obvious close meditation that you may find yourself drifting very deep into trance during when the moment is right or not drifting so deeply into trance now and waking up at the end as I count you back out of the journey back to normal waking consciousness refreshed and renewed alert and focused clear minded and ready to do now what I want you to do is to simply bring to mind one thing you want to let go of and open your eyes and close them again that you experienced recently that made you feel grateful for and open your eyes and close them again that you want to manifest to experience into your life more something you want more of and open your eyes and close them again now first letting go so as you start to think of the thing you want to let go of you can start by noticing the feelings that you notice where those feelings are in your body maybe in your chest your legs your solar plexus as the more you notice where the feelings start and move to the more you can bring to mind the thoughts and images pictures and sounds from the memory now the thoughts are just there thoughts sounds and images in your minds eye and as you rapidly shrink the image of the thing you want to let go of into the distance as a tiny dot floating off gone now as you let the thought of this thing you want to let go of again come to mind instantly shrink it small drain the color out of it and send it off into the distance you can one more time try to bring to mind the image and shrink it small send the image off into the distance for the last time now your unconscious mind can shrink the things that don't serve you quickly and send them off into the distance as you sleep and dream tonight your unconscious can do this process again and again relax now in a moment you're going to feel so good those feelings of gratitude that you feel that you are grateful for the things that you have in your life make you feel so good and grateful for the things that you have in your life make you feel so great and grateful for the things that you have in your life make you feel so great your past and remember how grateful feelings spread all over you because of something you are so grateful to experience and enjoy it now You can relax here for the next few moments.

And allow yourself to notice the feelings of gratitude Spread over your body and the thoughts come clearer to mind So as you can think now and allow yourself to choose a memory of a time and feel the feelings of gratitude Deep inside,

Deep in the soul you are now grateful for The more you can allow the feeling of gratitude to spread over your body now,

There are many things out there that you are grateful for Feel more and more the healing feeling of gratitude Resonating with every fiber of your being now resonates gratitude and in the right moment shines out to you like a light Resonating with other people you meet now you can allow yourself to spread the feelings of gratitude and move the healing feeling deeper inside You can relax and feel gratitude swirling over you will allow yourself to picture in increasing detail the things in the future You haven't yet experienced in the world and so first experience what you want more of in your future And the more that you notice the things that happen you keep your eyes open for opportunity and start seeing yourself and noticing yourself Spotting opportunities and taking them forward now spin the feelings of gratitude and allow them to spread in you as you get ready to voyage out into the future And feel grateful for the things in the future that you know are going to happen So you can experience them happening in a way that is more aligned with yourself and also the things that you would like to have happen more and more And experiences that you would like to experience more in your future now before you do again feel the gratitude in your body As you allow yourself to float along your own personal time stream into the future that is bright and full of opportunity The more you keep your eyes open to the opportunities the more you feel good And as you begin to float into the future you can imagine having more of the things you want to have more of now And allow the feelings of gratitude to come to mind and body more and more changing your vibration to a positive positive And with one big experience you feel those huge achievements of gratitude all over you now As you allow to come to mind the thoughts of what you want to attract more of into your life That is both good for you and good for the people around you,

The people you deal with,

Dine with,

Dance with and more even the people who simply serve you drinks The more you give the impression of increase to the people you meet the more you increase now As the thoughts of what you want to have more of in your life come to mind again and bigger this time Brighter and more vivid details and new things appear in your thoughts of your vision Of your realised thoughts manifested on thinking now and again the vision will want to manifest into your life more And more often so that you start to think of what you want more of,

More and more and the more you do the more you get obviously because you are giving more value in every interaction And opportunities rose there themselves to you more and more and the more they do the more the energy levels rise And the more the energy levels are rising the more energy there is in there and because there is more energy around something the more that thing has energy So the more you give more thoughts,

Energy to a thing the more it will become a thing in the real world,

It will become a reality in the real world And experience that you can enjoy and a way of life that you enjoy more and more now Allow the thoughts to come to mind more and more before now as you allow yourself to drift with the music and go deeper into this meditation Music Your mind focuses on what you want to achieve more of and the feelings of gratitude can build and build so you can feel more grateful as you drift Deeper into this experience positive shifts while you drift away Music Music Music Music Music Music Music Integrating all the wonderful thoughts,

Visions and new learnings from this process you can now start to awaken from this experience First becoming aware of your body and starting to stretch a little as the new visions of what you want more of are powered by the healing feelings of gratitude and adventure More and more fill your body each and every time you think of them now as you start returning to full waking consciousness Mentally cleansed and ready to enjoy the next part of your day you can wake up now as I count backwards from five For you know that the three parts of this process help you to awaken now,
