Sit comfortably.
Make sure that you have your back propped against something.
It could be the back of your chair or a wall if you are sitting on the floor.
If you want,
I would like to invite you to close your eyes.
Otherwise soften your gaze.
You may look at something on the floor for example.
Take a deep breath and relax your shoulders.
Breathing again and feel how the air fills your stomach.
When you exhale,
Release any worries or tension that you could be holding onto.
Take another breath in and then let it go slowly.
See yourself in a wooded area.
Tall trees are standing proudly around you.
The sun is timidly peeking through the branches and you can feel the warmth on your skin.
Finally Mother Nature is waking up from her long winter slumber.
Take a deep breath in and smell the fresh air.
The light breeze moves the newly formed leaves and a tiny raindrop from the morning shower falls on your forehead.
You brush it off with your left hand and step towards a small meadow covered with beautiful bluebells.
Take another deep breath and smell the sweet fragrance of these pretty spring flowers.
Bend down and touch one.
These petals feel as soft as silk.
You are distracted by a chirping nightingale that has purged on an oak tree to your right.
The bird seems to be in a hurry.
You notice it's holding some worms in its beak.
And it flies onto another branch where a nest is hiding three baby birds.
The mother hops around and patiently feeds the first baby.
Then it turns to the second one and finally the third chick.
It is just then when you start to feel hungry and remember the sandwich you've brought in your rucksack.
Take it out and quickly unwrap it.
This cheese smells nice.
You take a bite and taste the sweet tomatoes and crunchy lettuce.
While enjoying your delicious snack,
You spot a little rabbit hiding under a bush.
Suddenly the rabbit runs out followed by a second one.
They chase each other around the tall grass and bluebells in the meadow.
You smile and grab your phone to take a picture.
Unfortunately you were not fast enough.
It's then when you decide to pick up your rucksack and head off back home.
Now let's take a deep breath in and slowly breathe out.
Inhale again,
Hold it and then exhale.
Pick up your body,
Wriggle your fingers and toes and if you have your eyes closed slowly open them.
