Meet your Teacher

Mark Rowland is a meditation teacher, Reiki Master, sound practitioner, and creator of the Meditating Magpie community. Since joining Insight Timer in 2025, he has guided thousands of listeners through meditations and courses exploring mindfulness, self-awareness, compassion, gratitude, and personal growth.
