Leçon 1
Beginning The Delta Anchor
In this first session, you’ll begin building the foundation of the Delta Conditioning Method through gentle nervous system slowing, breath-based release, and physical heaviness. Tonight focuses on helping the body reconnect with the feeling of safety and teaching the mind that sleep does not need to be forced. This is the beginning of the Delta Anchor conditioning process.
Leçon 2
Conditioning The Exhale Response
Tonight’s session deepens the association between the exhale and relaxation. Through repeated calming rhythms and guided release, the nervous system begins learning how to soften more quickly and descend more naturally into rest. The Delta Anchor becomes stronger through familiarity, repetition, and emotional safety.
Leçon 3
Descending Into Stillness
By Day 3, the body may already begin recognizing the familiar rhythm of the practice. This session focuses on deepening heaviness, reducing internal resistance, and allowing the mind to quiet naturally by continuing to soften the body. The conditioning process now begins working more subtly and automatically beneath awareness.
Leçon 4
Strengthening The Delta Anchor
In this final session, the nervous system is guided into deeper surrender and complete release. The familiar sequence of breath, slowing, heaviness, and stillness is reinforced to strengthen the Delta Anchor more deeply. This session is designed to help the body remember the pathway into deep restorative sleep with greater ease and familiarity over time.
