Leçon 1
Intention Setting With Ambient Music Soundscape
On day 1 we will reflect on your current sleep patterns, and see if you can identify specific areas you hope to improve upon, we will then get into our favorite sleep position, and through a gentle breathing exercise shut down our minds and bodies, allowing the ambient music to take over and dissolve you into a great nights sleep.
Soundscapes can act as powerful tools for stress reduction, helping to soothe frazzled nerves and quiet the mind. Ambient music, in particular, has been found to lower cortisol levels and promote feelings of relaxation, making it an effective aid for stress management and sleep improvement.
Leçon 2
Delta 3Hz Binaural Beats Soundscape
On day two we will get into our favorite sleep position, and through a gentle breathing exercise shut down our minds and bodies, allowing the 3Hz delta binaural beats to take over and dissolve you into a great night's sleep.
The quality and composition of sleep, known as sleep architecture, can be influenced by the auditory environment. By synchronizing brainwave activity and promoting neural synchronization, these specialized soundscapes can optimize sleep quality and promote feelings of rejuvenation upon waking.
Leçon 3
Nature Music Soundscape
On day three we will get into our favorite sleep position, and through a gentle breathing exercise shut down our minds and bodies, allowing nature's music to take over and dissolve us into a great night's sleep. We will journey to Cutcombe, Exmoor Park in Somerset, UK to listen to delicious waterfalls and birds. Then on to Wivelsfield in East Sussex, UK for the delightful blackbirds. We then move abroad for crickets, frogs, and lastly rain.
These natural sounds mimic the auditory environment of serene outdoor settings, triggering the body's parasympathetic nervous system and promoting a state of calmness conducive to falling asleep.
Leçon 4
Pink Noise Soundscape
On day four we will get into our favorite sleep position, and through a gentle breathing exercise shut down our minds and bodies, allowing the pink noise soundscape to take over and dissolve us into a great night's sleep.
Pink noise reduces the difference between the background hum and loud, jarring noises that jolt you out of sleep, like a door slamming, a car horn honking, or someone snoring.
Like white noise, it is a steady background hum but it uses deeper sounds and lower sound waves, so it may be gentler and more soothing. Pink has a lower pitch than white noise.
Pink Noise may help you fall asleep faster and keep you in a deep sleep longer. You may also feel more rested when you wake up.
Leçon 5
Guided Voice Meditation Soundscape
On day five we will get into our favourite sleep position, and through a gentle guided meditation soundscape, shut down our minds and bodies, allowing you to dissolve into a great night's sleep.
When we listen to someone speaking, especially in a monotonous or soothing voice, our brain activity can decrease, leading to a state of relaxation. This, combined with the natural tendency to close our eyes when we feel relaxed, can lead to drowsiness and ultimately falling asleep. Additionally, if we are already tired, the act of listening to someone speak can provide a calming and familiar background noise that can lull us into sleep.
