The golden bubble of protection is a guided visualisation, helping you to release any negativity and fear that you may be feeling either in general or around a specific subject. For example I do this meditation with my children when they feel anxious about school that day. By the end of the meditation you will feel safe in the knowledge that you are safe and protected and have generated so much self love that you can send it out to the world and any negativity that comes your way will bounce off the bubble and relflect back to where it came along with whatever teaching needed to go that way also.
