Transmuting Trauma Through Chakra Healing

Each day you will be taken through a short talk explaining each chakra and what various obstacles in life can be affecting that chakra.

You will then be taken through a meditation or exercise to help you understand how you can take control of your healing, and work on the various causes of the chakra imbalances you may be feeling.

This course is very grounded and balanced.Since we live in a physical world, we need to be able to understand the practical habits that affect our emotional and energetic body. Balance is of utmost importance. Presence to the physical world we live in as well as our inner more spiritual world are of equal value.

Leçon 1: Root Chakra-Grounding, Safety And Needs

The root represents grounding as well as our basic needs and safety. Do we trust ourselves? Can we keep ourselves safe ?

This Root Chakra lesson will take you through simple breath work as well as some contemplative questions about finding how we can create more safety and trust within and for ourselves. So that our body can be our safe place. Our home.

Leçon 2: Sacral Chakra-Creativity, Emotions And Sensuality

Today we ponder questions about how you can create safety for your creativity to come forward. How can you create emotional safety for yourself? And how can you create safety when it comes to your sensuality?

Leçon 3: Solar Plexus-Self Confidence & Personal Power

Today we have a 3 part process. We dive into understanding where you feel confident, where you feel uncomfortable and where our golden shadow of confidence may be hiding within us.

This chakra is more about the masculine energy of taking action, which will also be experienced in this lesson.

Leçon 4: Abundance Of The Heart-Love, Giving And Receiving

How can we both accept and recognize the abundance we have, and how can we share the abundance that is overflowing for us with others?

Though the heart is about love as well as giving and receiving, today we focus on abundance. We practice love and gratitude for things in our lives that we may have never recognized as signs of abundance in our lives.

Leçon 5: Throat-Self Expression

The throat chakra represents our self expression. How we are seen, heard and understood.

Today we learn how our nervous system can be a cause of poor communication and expression and what we can do to move towards healthier, more regulated and honest expression.

Leçon 6: Third Eye-Intuition

Today we focus in on your senses to see which one holds your most powerful claires, meaning your intuitive gifts.

You will also learn the difference between the voice of the ego versus the voice and feeling of intuition.

Leçon 7: Crown-Connection To Spirit

The crown is our connection to spirit, to guides, ancestors, dreams and other realms.

Today we connect, and find access to others outside of us who want to bring messages through for the highest good.
