This mantra is pure “bhakti yoga”, known as the yoga of the heart, devotion and love. It is through love that one experiences the opening and fullness of the heart that is possible.

In this session we will learn a mantra that brings calm, serenity and blessings to yourself and to the world. It also helps developing an open, kind attitude, from a wider perspective. Now we can really drop the concept of a separated identity facing “challenges” in daily life. We can see the illusion of it. Each being, situation or obstacle, hard as it may seem, is in service to your awakening. Bless the mirror. Bless the world by chanting this mantra. Embrace everything in your practice, chant not only for your own benefit. We are under the same stars, breathing the same air, looking for love. Understand there’s only One. Om Shanti, shanti shanti.
