Many blessings and welcome to this guided meditation on experiencing the power of silence.
It's in silence that we're able to know and feel and experience the core of our own being,
The self,
The soul.
It's in silence that we're able to experience our deep connection to the divine.
And so in this guided meditation,
You'll be having some guidance,
Some commentary,
And also periods of silence for you to really go deep within yourself and experience the reservoir of peace,
Stillness,
And silence that already resides within you.
Getting ahead and getting started by taking several deep breaths.
The breath comes in and the breath flows out.
And allowing each breath you take to bring you into a deeper and deeper state of relaxation.
Just noticing the breath come in and out.
Each moment bringing you into deeper silence and deeper peace.
Feel each breath as an opportunity to go inside yourself.
To allow the sounds and things of the outside world to dissolve.
To move away from your attention and to be in the distance.
As you come deeper and deeper inside,
Like a magnet pulling your attention inwards,
You can naturally,
Easily deepen your connection within.
You may notice your body feeling heavy and just completely relaxed.
The speed of your thoughts slowing down.
Feeling as if moving more into a slow motion.
And quieter as you let go,
Release and come within.
Feel more and sound more cybersecurity.
Lo sounded more like enterprise decision making.
Completely relaxed.
Completely at peace.
