Gently close your eyes.
And just notice your breath.
And when we talk about the awareness,
Be aware of the pause at the top and bottom of each breath.
There's that slight moment.
And that pause is always there for you throughout the day.
If you're feeling frustrated or anxious,
Or even happy,
Joyful,
The pause helps us remember.
And as you sit here and get comfortable,
Sit with purpose,
Relax your shoulders and your jaw,
And raise your chest ever so slightly.
When we're anxious,
We tend to slouch and our body language goes in.
So in this moment,
Let's open up our hearts.
We are safe.
In this moment,
All is well.
Just keep focusing on the breath.
Fill in the lungs.
Notice the energy and aliveness throughout your body.
And exhale,
Letting it all out,
Releasing any tension or tension in your body.
Release any excitement or expectation.
I'd love for you to just allow your body to feel.
How are you feeling?
Feel your feelings this morning.
Explore what is present for you.
Breathing into how you feel.
To feel is to be alive.
We welcome all feelings.
Breathe in to what you're noticing.
And just breathe into anything that feels tense.
Now I want you to focus on your heart and take some breaths into your heart space.
And feel a sense of peace from this space.
And notice a glowing light begin to shine from within.
And with every breath,
This glowing light is getting brighter and brighter.
This glowing light is your essence.
It's your pure potential.
A place of peace.
Security and love.
And now I would love for you to gently place your hands on your arms as if you're giving yourself a hug.
And feel the glow and the light.
And feel the compassion for yourself.
As if you're hugging you as a child.
And feel the light.
And feel the love for yourself.
As if you're hugging you as a child.
I see you.
I hear you.
I love you.
I see you.

With this glowing light,
See the miracle that you are.
Your gifts,
Your talent,
Your creativity,
Your uniqueness,
Your kindness,
Your willingness to show up.
Your ability to do hard things and overcome and persevere.
Your light.
Your joy.
Your big heart.
One more squeeze.
And now you can place your hand on your heart.
And repeat out loud or in your mind,
Out loud if you have the ability.
I'm doing a good job.
I create my own reality.
I live in abundance.
I am committed to self-love.
I am safe and protected.
I remember to pause.
I follow my inner guidance.
I embrace the day with grace.
I am infinitely wise.
I lean into my authentic self.
I have compassion for myself and for others.
I let myself be happy today.
I shine my light.
And just take another deep breath in and hold that breath at the top.
Hold it,
Hold it for a moment.
Feel the energy you've created and let it go.
And just take one more pause and notice how you feel.
Relax.
And when you're ready,
Slowly and gently open your eyes.
And look around at all the miracles right in front of you.
Maybe look down at your hands,
Your room,
Wherever you are.
