Burnout Prevention Kit - 12 Days of Peace

Welcome to the 12 Days of Peace Meditation Plan! I'm a non-profit leader, leadership coach, and meditation teacher who is on a mission to help changemakers stop sacrificing their well-being for the work. I've curated some of my favorite meditations to help you bounce back from burnout and build a consistent mindfulness practice. If you're newer to meditation, you might like to start with 1 minute a day and build from there. Remember, there's no "right" way to meditate, and you're not trying to turn off your thoughts.
