A short breathing meditation. Taking control of the breath can be fundamental to physical and emotional health. This simple recording can be used at any point to slow down and ground yourself. Enjoy!!

Transcript

If it's safe to do so,

Close your eyes.

Put one hand on your chest and one hand on your stomach and breathe.

Allow your breath to go deeper down within you.

Take your breathing down into your stomach.

That's right.

Notice how your muscles relax when you exhale.

Spend a few moments allowing each exhalation to release and relax the muscles.

That's right.

Allow each exhalation to release and relax.

Feel the tension just melt away.

Two more breaths.

That's good.

Now gently open your eyes and retain this level of relaxation.
