Fiona Tan has over a decade of experience dealing with difficult people and situations as a corporate professional, and achieved empowerment through meditation. Through volunteering in social enterprises and non-profit organisations, she realised she was not alone in facing such stressors and challenges. With a background in ballet, pilates, piano and violin, she aspires to heal and foster the mind-body connection through the power of mindfulness, music and breath.
