Through a continuous repetition of four short yet powerful phrases,

Gratitude,
And love within you.
I personally have benefited so much from this practice.
It is normal to have a strong reaction or feeling to this meditation,
And perfectly normal to cry and release your pent-up emotions,
Because that is how we heal.

Free from distractions.
Take a deep breath in,

Really see them in front of you,
And feel the pain that you experienced.
